ماں باپ کے وہ 5 جملے جو بچے کو ٹوٹنے پر مجبور کر دیتے ہیں!

کیا کبھی آپ نے سوچا کہ آپ کا ایک جملہ آپ کے بچے کی خود اعتمادی کو تباہ کر سکتا ہے؟
بچے حساس ہوتے ہیں، وہ والدین کے الفاظ کو دل پر لیتے ہیں اور اکثر انہی الفاظ کی وجہ سے اپنی صلاحیتوں پر شک کرنے لگتے ہیں۔

یہ ہیں وہ 5 زہریلے جملے جو والدین اکثر انجانے میں کہہ دیتے ہیں، مگر ان کا اثر بچے کی پوری زندگی پر پڑتا ہے:

1️⃣ "تم سے تو کچھ نہیں ہوتا!"
یہ جملہ بچے کے اندر ناکامی کا خوف بٹھا دیتا ہے۔ وہ کوشش کرنے سے پہلے ہی ہار ماننے لگتا ہے، کیونکہ اس کے ذہن میں یہ بٹھا دیا جاتا ہے کہ وہ کچھ کر ہی نہیں سکتا۔

✅ بہتر متبادل:
"تم کوشش کرو، میں تمہارے ساتھ ہوں!"

2️⃣ "دوسروں کے بچے دیکھو، کتنے اچھے ہیں!"
یہ جملہ بچے میں احساسِ کمتری پیدا کر دیتا ہے۔ جب والدین بچے کو دوسروں سے موازنہ کرتے ہیں، تو وہ خود کو کمتر سمجھنے لگتا ہے اور اس کے دل میں والدین کے لیے بدگمانی پیدا ہو جاتی ہے۔

✅ بہتر متبادل:
"تم میں بہت صلاحیت ہے، بس محنت کرو!"

3️⃣ "بس بکواس بند کرو!"
جب بچہ اپنی بات کہنا چاہے اور والدین اسے خاموش کرا دیں، تو وہ عدم تحفظ (insecurity) کا شکار ہو جاتا ہے۔ وہ سمجھتا ہے کہ اس کی باتوں کی کوئی اہمیت نہیں، اور آہستہ آہستہ وہ خاموشی اور تنہائی کو اپنانے لگتا ہے۔

✅ بہتر متبادل:
"میں سن رہا ہوں، تم بتاؤ!"

4️⃣ "تم ہمیشہ غلطی کرتے ہو!"
یہ جملہ بچے کو خود پر شک میں مبتلا کر دیتا ہے۔ وہ ہر فیصلہ کرنے سے ڈرنے لگتا ہے کیونکہ اسے لگتا ہے کہ وہ ہمیشہ غلط ہی کرے گا۔

✅ بہتر متبادل:
"غلطی سے سیکھا جاتا ہے، تم اگلی بار بہتر کرو گے!"

5️⃣ "تم ہمارے لیے بوجھ ہو!"
یہ سب سے زیادہ تباہ کن جملہ ہے! اگر کبھی بھی والدین غصے میں یہ جملہ کہہ دیں، تو بچہ خود کو نہ چاہتے جانے والا (unwanted) محسوس کرتا ہے۔ یہ الفاظ اس کی شخصیت پر شدید منفی اثر ڈالتے ہیں اور بعض اوقات ڈپریشن اور خودکشی کے خیالات کا سبب بھی بن سکتے ہیں۔

✅ بہتر متبادل:
"ہم تم سے محبت کرتے ہیں، تم ہمارے لیے بہت قیمتی ہو!"

📖 اسلامی نقطۂ نظر:
اللہ کے نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم بچوں سے ہمیشہ نرمی اور محبت سے پیش آتے تھے۔ حدیث میں آتا ہے:

"بچوں کے ساتھ رحمت والا معاملہ کرو، کیونکہ جو چھوٹوں پر رحم نہیں کرتا، وہ ہم میں سے نہیں۔" (مسلم)

بچوں کی تربیت میں نرم لہجہ اور حوصلہ افزا الفاظ استعمال کرنا سنت ہے اور یہی کامیابی والدین کی پہچان ہے 🙄

Alhamdulillah!

The Senior students of the department of Pakistan studies arranged a for new students and !

We are thankfull to the Head of Pakistan Studies department sab for awarding certificates to the talented participants who showcased their skills in Tilawat, Naat Sharif, speeches, and poetry.

Grateful thanks to all the esteemed teachers who took the time to attend and make the event so memorable.

One of the great personality of our college Ghalib khan nicks "college DA" yesterday in duty time at college was heart attacked Now he is admitted in hospital kindly remember him in ur prayers for fast recovery may Allah give him good health again Amen 😢😢
