Cancellation of bail: The cancellation of bail has been provided for in sub-section (5) of section 497 of the CrPC. this sub-section specifies that the High court division and the court of session can cancel a bail and order a person to be arrested and commit him to custody again any other court which released the person on bail, may cause such person to be arrested and commit him in custody.
