Requirements:
Grade 7, 11, Balik-Aral, Transferees: Report Card, PSA Birth Certificate photocopy, Accomplished BEE Form
Grade 8, 9, 10, 12: Report Card

Quick Procedure:
For Grade 7, 11, Balik-Aral & Transferees — come with a parent/guardian to fill out the BEE Form, attend interview & testing if required, then submit to the enrolling officer.
For Grade 8-10, 12 — present your Report Card and wait for confirmation.
