ENERGY CONSERVATION MEASURES!
In line with DepEd Memorandum No. 018, s. 2026, the SDO Dipolog City reiterates the strict implementation of measures targeting a 10โ20% reduction in electricity and fuel consumption.
All offices are reminded to:
โก Minimize energy use
โฝ Limit fuel consumption
๐ Avoid overtime beyond 6:00 PM
๐ซ Discourage weekend/holiday work
๐ฉ Seek SDS approval (with Division Chief endorsement) for unavoidable overtime
Let us practice responsible energy use and support the agencyโs conservation goals.

๐ฃJUST IN: DepEd issues Guidelines on the Grant of Wellness Leave
The Department of Education (DepEd) has released the DepEd Order No. 002, s. 2026 โ Guidelines on the Grant of Wellness Leave for the Department of Education Personnel.
All eligible DepEd employees, including teachers and directly engaged Contract of Service (COS) and Job Order (JO) personnel, can avail themselves of the Wellness Leave (WL) for mental health care, physical activities, or a general break for a maximum of five (5) days, pursuant to Civil Service Commission (CSC) Memorandum Circular (MC) No. 01, s. 2026.
๐ฑ Ultimately, this policy acknowledges the critical role of mental health and well-being, providing DepEd personnel with the necessary flexibility to prioritize self-care without exhausting their existing leave credits.

The Decision Tree serves as a non-binding guide to assist Procuring Entities in identifying the most suitable mode of procurement based on the nature of the project, complexity of requirements, Approved Budget for the Contract, and results of market scoping. Through DIVe, users can now navigate a set of guided questions that lead them to the most recommended mode of procurement, making the process more accessible and user-friendly.
Developed by the GPPB-TSO Legal and Research Division, the interactive platform reflects the Officeโs commitment to practical, responsive tools that support informed procurement decisions.
The Decision Tree and DIVe will continue to be reviewed and enhanced to ensure alignment with the New Government Procurement Act and the evolving needs of Procuring Entities.
