💧 Hydrate! Uminom ng sapat na tubig kahit hindi pa nauuhaw.
🧢 Protektado dapat! Gumamit ng payong, sombrero, o cap kapag lalabas.
👕 Presko lang! Magsuot ng maluwag at magaan na damit.
🌳 Humanap ng lilim! Iwasang magtagal sa ilalim ng direktang sikat ng araw.
