December 9, 2025, the College of Law – WMSU, through the LABAN (Legal Aid for Beneficiaries and Advocacy for Needs) Extension Program, conducted an informative lecture on 𝑹𝑨 7438 – 𝑲𝒂𝒓𝒂𝒑𝒂𝒕𝒂𝒏 𝒏𝒈 𝒎𝒈𝒂 𝑰𝒏𝒂𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒕𝒐 𝒂𝒕 𝑫𝒆𝒕𝒆𝒏𝒊𝒅𝒐 for our PDL audience at the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP).
