سلسلة المنكرات في بدعة المولد
الحمد لله رب العالمين، وصلى الله وسلم على نبينا محمد ، وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين، ومن تبعهم بإحسان إلى يوم الدين .
أما بعد: فإن من جملة المنكرات التي أحدثها أصحاب الموالد ما يحصل فيها من الغناء والطرب والتمايل والرقص ، وإنشاد القصائد التي لا تخلو من الغلو والشطط في مدح النبي ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ ورفعه فوق منزلته التي أنزله الله إياها، وهذه نماذج من هذه المنكرات :
- الرقص والطرب والغناء
قال ابن الحاج المالكي متحدثا عن بعض الصوفية:" فَإِذَا سَمِعُوا كَلَامَ رَبِّهِمْ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ قَامُوا بَعْدَهُ إلَى الرَّقْصِ وَالْفَرَحِ وَالسُّرُورِ وَالطَّرَبِ بِمَا لَا يَنْبَغِي. فَإِنَّا لِلَّهِ وَإِنَّا إلَيْهِ رَاجِعُونَ عَلَى عَدَمِ الِاسْتِحْيَاءِ مِنْ عَمَلِ الذُّنُوبِ يَعْمَلُونَ أَعْمَالَ الشَّيْطَانِ وَيَطْلُبُونَ الْأَجْرَ مِنْ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ.وَيَزْعُمُونَ أَنَّهُمْ فِي تَعَبُّدٍ وَخَيْرٍ وَيَا لَيْتَ ذَلِكَ لَوْ كَانَ يَفْعَلُهُ سَفَلَةُ النَّاسِ وَلَكِنْ قَدْ عَمَّتْ الْبَلْوَى فَتَجِدُ بَعْضَ مَنْ يُنْسَبُ إلَى شَيْءٍ مِنْ الْعِلْمِ أَوْ الْعَمَلِ يَفْعَلُهُ".
ثم قال في تحريم ذلك : "وهَذَا مَذْهَبُ مَالِكٍ وَأَبِي حَنِيفَةَ وَالشَّافِعِيِّ وَأَحْمَدَ بْنِ حَنْبَلٍ، وَغَيْرِهِمْ مِنْ أَئِمَّةِ الْمُسْلِمِينَ، وَبِاَللَّهِ التَّوْفِيقُ"(١) المدخل (٢-٥) و (٣-١٠)
وقد وصف ابن الحاج المالكي ما يصيبهم حين سماع الغناء في المولد فقال:
"فَانْظُرْ رَحِمَنَا اللَّهُ وَإِيَّاكَ إلَى هَذَا الْمُغَنِّي إذَا غَنَّى تَجِدْ مَنْ لَهُ الْهَيْبَةُ وَالْوَقَارُ وَحُسْنُ الْهَيْئَةِ وَالسَّمْتِ ..... يَسْكُتُ لَهُ وَيُنْصِتُ. فَإِذَا دَبَّ مَعَهُ الطَّرَبُ قَلِيلًا حَرَّكَ رَأْسَهُ كَمَا يَفْعَلُهُ أَهْلُ الْخَمْرَةِ سَوَاءٌ بِسَوَاءٍ كَمَا تَقَدَّمَ. ثُمَّ إذَا تَمَكَّنَ الطَّرَبُ مِنْهُ ذَهَبَ حَيَاؤُهُ وَوَقَارُهُ كَمَا سَبَقَ فِي الْخَمْرَةِ سَوَاءٌ بِسَوَاءٍ فَيَقُومُ وَيَرْقُصُ وَيُعَيِّطُ وَيُنَادِي وَيَبْكِي وَيَتَبَاكَى وَيَتَخَشَّعُ وَيَدْخُلُ وَيَخْرُجُ وَيَبْسُطُ يَدَيْهِ وَيَرْفَعُ رَأْسَهُ نَحْوَ السَّمَاءِ كَأَنَّهُ جَاءَهُ الْمَدَدُ مِنْهَا وَيُخْرِجُ الرَّغْوَةَ أَيْ الزَّبَدَ مِنْ فِيهِ وَرُبَّمَا مَزَّقَ بَعْضَ ثِيَابِهِ وَعَبِثَ بِلِحْيَتِهِ. ...وَهَذَا مُنْكَرٌ بَيِّنٌ لِأَنَّ النَّبِيَّ – صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ – نَهَى عَنْ إضَاعَةِ الْمَالِ وَلَا شَكَّ أَنَّ تَمْزِيقَ الثِّيَابِ مِنْ ذَلِكَ هَذَا وَجْهٌ. المدخل (٢-٦)
وقد قال ميارة المالكي:
"ومن البدعة الكبرى ما نشاهده في كثير مما يدعي لنفسه العبادة والتقدم في الزهد وينسب نفسه إلى التصوف والفقر من الاضطراب وأنواع الرقص والإيماء باليد والرأس والضرب على الصدر والوقوع على الحاضرين حتى يؤدي ذلك إلى الضحك والطنز والاستهزاء". الدر الثمين والمورد المعين (ص٥٥٩).
قال الحطاب المالكي:
" سئل عز الدين عن الرجل يذكر فيقول: (الله الله) ويقتصر على ذلك هل هو مثل قوله سبحان الله والحمد لله والله أكبر وما أشبه ذلك أم لا؟
وإذا لم يكن بمثابته فهل هو بدعة لم تنقل عن السلف أم لا؟
فأجاب:
هذه بدعة لم تنقل عن الرسول ﷺ ولا عن أحد من السلف وإنما يفعله الجهلة، والذكر المشروع كله لا بد أن يكون جملة فعلية أو اسمية وهو مأخوذ من الكتاب والسنة وأذكار الأنبياء، والخير كله في اتباع الرسول واتباع السلف الصالحين دون الأغبياء من الجاهلين انتهى."

's_Birthday_Innovation
A Series on the Reprehensible Acts in the Birthday Innovation
All praise is due to Allah, Lord of the Worlds, and may Allah's peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, and upon all his family and companions, and those who follow them in goodness until the Day of Judgment.
To proceed: Among the reprehensible acts that the proponents of the birthday celebrations have introduced are the singing, music, swaying, dancing, and reciting of poems that are not free from exaggeration and excess in praising the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and raising him above the status that Allah has given him. Here are some examples of these reprehensible acts:
- Dancing, Music, and Singing
Ibn al-Hajj al-Maliki, speaking about some Sufis, said: "When they hear the words of their Lord, the Mighty and Majestic, they proceed to dance, rejoice, be happy, and make merry in a manner that is not appropriate. Verily, to Allah we belong and to Him we shall return, for their lack of shame in committing sins. They perform the deeds of Satan and seek reward from the Lord of the Worlds. They claim that they are in worship and goodness, and how I wish that only the lowest of people would do that, but the affliction has become widespread, and you find some who are attributed to some knowledge or action doing it."
Then he said regarding its prohibition: "This is the view of Malik, Abu Hanifa, al-Shafi'i, Ahmad ibn Hanbal, and other imams of the Muslims. And with Allah is success." (Al-Madkhal (2-5) and (3-10))
Ibn al-Hajj al-Maliki described what befalls them when hearing music during the birthday celebration, saying:
"Look, may Allah have mercy on us and you, at this singer when he sings, you find the one who has dignity, composure, good appearance, and demeanor... he remains silent for him and listens attentively. Then, when the music moves him a little, he moves his head as the people of wine do, exactly the same. Then, when the music takes hold of him, his shyness and dignity disappear, as previously mentioned regarding wine, exactly the same. So he stands up and dances, shouts, cries out, pretends to cry, humbles himself, enters and exits, extends his hands, and raises his head towards the sky as if help has come to him from it, and he brings out foam, i.e., froth, from his mouth, and perhaps tears some of his clothes and plays with his beard... And this is a clear reprehensible act because the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade wasting wealth, and there is no doubt that tearing clothes is from that. This is one aspect." (Al-Madkhal (2-6))
Mayyarah al-Maliki said:
"And among the major innovations is what we witness in much of what claims for itself worship and progress in asceticism and attributes itself to Sufism and poverty, from the agitation, various types of dancing, gesturing with the hand and head, striking the chest, and falling upon those present, until that leads to laughter, mockery, and ridicule." (Al-Durr al-Thamin wal-Mawrid al-Mu'in (p. 559))
Al-Hattab al-Maliki said:
"Izz al-Din was asked about a man who makes dhikr and says: (Allah, Allah) and limits himself to that, is it like saying Subhan Allah, al-Hamdu Lillah, Allahu Akbar, and the like, or not?
And if it is not like that, then is it an innovation that was not transmitted from the predecessors, or not?
He replied:
This is an innovation that was not transmitted from the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) nor from any of the predecessors, but only the ignorant do it, and all the prescribed dhikr must be a verbal or nominal sentence, and it is taken from the Book and the Sunnah and the dhikr of the prophets, and all good is in following the Messenger and following the righteous predecessors, not the fools among the ignorant. End quote."
