Happy 10th Anniversary, DICT! 🤖🎉

Yesterday, the officers of 12 STEM CUBS had the opportunity to participate in the DICT 10th Anniversary Celebration. Throughout the event, we explored the basics of robotics and programming while also learning more about ICT, cybersecurity, and how to stay safe from online scams and other digital threats.

The day was filled with learning, teamwork, plenty of laughter, and just the right amount of chaos. While we only picked up a few new lessons, the experience itself was one to remember. We went home with new knowledge, fun memories, and sore cheeks from laughing a little too much.

Random Cubtures, but make it interesting.

Every great discovery starts with curiosity—and ours started with a strip of paper and a drop of ink.

For our first Chemistry laboratory experiment, the 12 STEM CUBS 🐾 explored Paper Chromatography, where we saw firsthand that there's always more than what meets the eye. It was a simple activity, but it reminded us that even the smallest observations can lead to something worth learning.

One experiment down, many more discoveries to go. On to the next. 🌸🍀

From simple plans to finally making it happen, our 11 STEM C outing became one of the most memorable parts of this school year. With Sir JC guiding us and everyone who showed up bringing their energy, the day was filled with laughter, stories, and moments that felt so light yet meaningful. It reminded us that sometimes, it's not about where we go, but who we’re with, and how those shared moments slowly turn into memories we'll carry even after this year ends.

We also want to sincerely thank our adviser, Sir JC, for his patience, guidance, and for standing by us throughout this entire journey. You've been more than just a teacher to us, you became someone who believed in us, supported us, and helped shape not just our minds, but also who we are as individuals. We're truly grateful to have experienced this school year with you by our side.

To those who were able to join, thank you for making the day extra special. And to those who couldn’t be there, know that you were deeply missed—you are still a part of these memories, because 11 STEM C will never feel complete without each and every one of us. This outing may have been just one day, but the bond we built this whole school year is something we'll always hold onto, no matter where life takes us next. 🤍

Our last convocation, and we’re ending it with honors—medals around our necks and certificates in our hands, each one a symbol of every late night, every challenge, and every moment we refused to give up. What once felt like a distant goal is now something we proudly carry, reminding us that all the effort was worth it.

Soon, we’re stepping into Grade 12—the final chapter of our journey. It’s both exciting and a little overwhelming, knowing we’re getting closer to the finish line. But with everything we’ve learned and achieved, we’re ready to face what’s ahead and make our last year count. 𝙽𝚘 𝚜𝚑𝚘𝚛𝚝𝚌𝚞𝚝𝚜, 𝚗𝚘 𝚏𝚛𝚎𝚎 𝚛𝚒𝚍𝚎𝚜, just 𝚌𝚘𝚗𝚜𝚒𝚜𝚝𝚎𝚗𝚌𝚢, 𝚐𝚛𝚒𝚝, and 𝚜𝚑𝚘𝚠𝚒𝚗𝚐 𝚞𝚙 even on the hardest days. Kahit puyat, kahit pagod, kahit gusto mo na lang maging background character.

Behind every achievement are countless hours of 𝚎𝚏𝚏𝚘𝚛𝚝, 𝚜𝚊𝚌𝚛𝚒𝚏𝚒𝚌𝚎, and 𝚛𝚎𝚜𝚒𝚕𝚒𝚎𝚗𝚌𝚎 that often go 𝚞𝚗𝚜𝚎𝚎𝚗. Yung tipong “last na ‘to” pero hindi pala. This journey wasn’t smooth, but every challenge, setback, and lesson along the way made reaching With Honors and High Honors even more meaningful and worth celebrating.
