“Family Day 2025 felt different in the best way.
It was one of those days where the air felt lighter, the smiles felt real, and the laughter echoed a little longer than usual.
On December 6, we weren’t just gathered for an event; we were gathered for each other. Parents cheering, kids running around, friends acting like siblings, it reminded us that family isn’t just about who you’re related to, but who makes you feel seen, supported, and loved.
There were moments that made us laugh, moments that warmed our hearts, and moments that reminded us why togetherness matters.
And honestly? Those simple, unscripted moments became the highlight of the entire day.
Here’s to the people who feel like home, the memories that stay with us, and the kind of love that makes a normal day feel extraordinary."

PAGMAMAHAL AT PAGKAKAISA: Parenting Seminar & Values Formation Symposium Held on November 27
A meaningful two-part event—the Parenting Seminar and Values Formation Symposium—was successfully conducted yesterday, November 27, carrying the theme “Pagmamahal at Pagkakaisa: Bawat Pamilya, Bawat Kwento.” The program brought parents, learners, and educators together to highlight the role of family unity and values in shaping student growth.
The Parenting Seminar featured guidance advocates who shared insights on strengthening communication, understanding adolescent behavior, and nurturing emotional support at home. Speakers included G8 Wendy Taborite, G10 Jennifer Diaz, Senior High Maribel Mundragon, and Ma’am Rhoda A. Cueno, Guidance Designate.
Following this, the Values Formation Symposium focused on character-building and responsible decision-making among learners. The session was led by G7 Merwisha Alo, ESP Teacher Pajerna Kaunayan, G9 Michael Ganob, ESP 8 Teacher Raquel Ramos, and a representative from Grade 7 PA.
The event underscored that while every family has its own story, love and unity remain the strongest foundations for guiding students toward resilience, respect, and holistic development.

Lead Well: Gen Z & Alpha on Digital Burnout and Holistic Self-Care
November 24, 2025
In a world shaped by constant screens and endless notifications, today’s learners face a rising challenge—digital burnout. To address this growing concern among Generation Z and Alpha, the ESP Department Teachers spearheaded the symposium “Lead Well: Gen Z and Alpha Insight on Digital Burnout Awareness and Holistic Self-Care,” a timely initiative aimed at helping students understand the impact of digital fatigue and the importance of mental well-being.
The event featured Ms. Michelle P. Cuevas, LPT, RGC, a Licensed Professional Teacher and Registered Guidance Counselor, whose expertise in youth mental health brought clarity to the issue. She explained how digital overload affects motivation, focus, and emotional stamina, stressing that burnout is more than exhaustion—it is the mind’s call for rest. Through relatable examples and insightful guidance, she captured the reality of today’s digital-native students.
Ms. Cuevas also empowered learners with practical strategies for holistic self-care, encouraging mindful screen time, grounding practices, healthier routines, and the courage to disconnect when needed. Her message was simple yet powerful: to lead well in a fast-paced digital world, one must first take care of their own well-being.
This symposium, thoughtfully organized by the ESP Department Teachers, stands as a meaningful reminder that the school community is committed to supporting students not only academically, but also emotionally and mentally—helping them thrive with balance, awareness, and resilience.
