📚 AYALA DISTRICT C.O.M.P.A.S.S. 2026 | CLUSTER 1 INSET IN ACTION 📚

Competency Optimization through Mentoring, PPST Alignment, Support, and Sustainable Professional Growth (C.O.M.P.A.S.S.) 2026

A Two-Day PPST-Based INSET on Professional Development Needs, Instructional Excellence, and Continuous Growth for Ayala District Cluster of Schools - Cluster 1 held at Ayala Central School Covered Court, September 10-11, 2026.

The AmaZe 6 teachers actively participated in this meaningful professional development activity, collaborating with fellow teachers from the cluster to enhance our teaching competencies, align our practices with the PPST standards, and strengthen our commitment to instructional excellence.

The workshop was filled with insightful discussions, collaborative output making, and shared experiences that truly empower every teacher to grow not only as an educator but as a lifelong learner. Indeed, C.O.M.P.A.S.S. is guiding us toward the right direction — towards better teaching, better learning, and better service for our learners.

We extend our sincere gratitude to our dedicated District Leaders, School Heads, Resource Speakers, and to all teachers of Ayala District Cluster 1 for the success of this 2-day INSET.

Together, we are competent, committed, and compass-driven teachers!

🌊 COASTAL CLEAN-UP | NATIONAL TEACHERS' MONTH 2026 KICK-OFF 🌊

The AmaZe 6 teachers of Ayala Central School proudly joined the Coastal Clean-Up at Coco Beach, Ayala, Zamboanga City this September 12, 2026 as part of the Kick-off Celebration of National Teachers' Month 2026.

With brooms and sacks in hand, our dedicated Grade 6 teachers showed that the heart of a teacher extends beyond the classroom. This activity is not just about picking up trash, but about teaching by example — instilling in our learners the values of environmental stewardship, volunteerism, bayanihan, and love for community.

We believe that as teachers, we are also role models in protecting our environment. A clean coastline today means a safer and healthier future for our learners tomorrow. This small act of service reflects our big commitment to serve not only our school, but also our community and our nation.

Our heartfelt thanks to the school administration, Ayala District, and the Schools Division of Zamboanga City for spearheading this meaningful activity to start our Teachers' Month celebration with purpose and action.

Mabuhay ang mga Gurong Pilipino! Mabuhay ang mga Gurong Ayaleño!
