Thrilled to commemorate a significant milestone as we unveil our new SAFEWTRS Technology- Emergency Disinfection System of Drinking Water at Datu Panguluhan ES. Alongside esteemed stakeholders who have contributed immensely to this initiative from:

The SAFEWTRS, or Safe Water Treatment System, of DOST- ITDI (Industrial Technology Development Institute), is a portable water treatment technology designed to provide clean drinking water during emergencies and disasters such as typhoons, floods, and earthquakes. It operates on solar power and manual operation, capable of producing a minimum of 200 liters of drinkable water per hour. In addition to solar panels, it includes a battery system to ensure continuous operation even in rainy weather or areas with limited sunlight. This innovation addresses the critical need for safe drinking water in isolated locations with restricted access to clean water sources. This project is part of the CEST-EMBRACE project of ABRAZA Mindanao Inc. in collaboration with other partner agencies.

This initiative marks a crucial step towards ensuring a safe and hygienic environment for our pupils and staff. Together, we're advancing towards a healthier future.

An insightful day spent with our dedicated stakeholders, as they briefed our teachers, administrative officers, and parents on the purpose and operation of our new Water Disinfection System. Together, we're ensuring a safe and sustainable environment for everyone at Datu Panguluhan ES.
