The Patrol Leader Training Course is more than a training—it is a journey that builds confidence, character, discipline, and the spirit of Scouting. A great patrol leader does not simply lead the way; he inspires others to walk the path of courage, service, teamwork, and responsibility.
Our heartfelt appreciation to everyone who made the Patrol Leader Training Course of the Boy Scouts of the Philippines at Bolong Elementary School, August 14–16, 2026, a meaningful and successful experience.
To the dedicated trainers, Scouters, school administrators, staff, parents, and participants—thank you for sharing your time, knowledge, energy, and support. Your commitment helped develop young Scouts into responsible, confident, disciplined, and service-oriented leaders.
May the lessons learned, friendships formed, and experiences shared during these three days continue to inspire our young leaders to live by the ideals of Scouting and to lead through service.
Mabuhay ang Scouting! Always ready to serve!”

Shigeru Memorial Elementary School extends its heartfelt gratitude and sincere appreciation to the Commission on Human Rights (CHR) for the successful conduct of the Human Rights Education (HRE) Activity entitled “Batang May Karapatan: A Human Rights Learning Session on Child Protection” for parents and teachers.
The activity provided valuable knowledge and meaningful discussions on child protection and the rights of every child, empowering participants to become more informed and proactive advocates for the welfare, safety, and development of children. We also appreciate the distribution of Kabataan Karapatan Caravan (KKC) advocacy materials, which further strengthened awareness and understanding of children's rights within our school community.
We would like to extend our special recognition and deepest appreciation to Mr. Jerome “Jem” Remillete, Training Specialist for Promotion and Advocacy, for spearheading this significant initiative. His dedication, expertise, and commitment to promoting human rights education greatly contributed to the success of the activity and inspired participants to uphold and protect the rights of every child.
On behalf of the administrators, teachers, parents, and learners of Shigeru Memorial Elementary School, we thank the Commission on Human Rights for its unwavering commitment to advancing human rights awareness and fostering a culture of respect, dignity, and protection for all children.
Maraming salamat po, and we look forward to future partnerships in promoting and safeguarding children's rights.

📣📣BRIGADA ESKWELA 2026📣📣
To our valued stakeholders — parents, community leaders, local organizations, alumni, friends, and partners of Shigeru Memorial Elementary School:
As we prepare for the opening of classes, we once again embrace the spirit of Bayanihan—our shared tradition of unity, cooperation, and service. We warmly invite everyone to join us in Brigada Eskwela 2026, to be held from June 1 to 5, 2026.
This annual undertaking is more than just cleaning, repairing, and beautifying our school facilities; it is a collective effort to ensure that our learners return to a safe, orderly, and conducive environment for learning. It is our way of showing that education is a shared responsibility, and that every hand, every heart, and every contribution matters in shaping the future of our children.
We also wish to remind everyone that enrollment for the upcoming school year will take place from June 1 to 5, 2026, coinciding with our Brigada activities. We encourage parents and guardians to enroll their children early and be part of this meaningful week of service and preparation.
Your presence, your skills, your resources, and your time will go a long way in making a difference. Let us stand together in unity—working not just for the improvement of our school, but for the advancement of knowledge and the well-being of every learner under our care.
Let us show that at Shigeru Memorial Elementary School, we build not only classrooms but a strong, supportive community dedicated to excellence and service.
Thank you, and may the spirit of Bayanihan continue to live in each of us. ❤️❤️❤️❤️
