It offers programs in TechVoc, Maritime Education, Teacher Education, Technology Education & other related programs by virtue of R.A. 9142.

This is a fund-raising project for the rehabilitatioin and medical needs of Mrs. Rachel Sebasation, a ZCSPC-DTE Faculty Member; for two scholarship grants (1 semester each student); and for the ZCSPCAAI specifically to defray expenses of the Official Activities of this year's Jubilarians.
