Interact Club of Ferndale International School

The FIS Interact Club’s Oath-taking and Induction Ceremony took place on the 5th of April 2023 at Ferndale International School. It was a momentous occasion that marked the beginning of a new chapter for the club.

All of the officers and the club advisers attended the said event. The ceremony was achieved by the proper induction flow which began as the club’s president called the event to order. Our school director and founder, Ms. Patricia A. Alvarez, and Dr. Anicia A. Alvarez were also present in the ceremony for they gave the welcome address and the closing remarks. Along with them are Ms. Rosemarie R. Cabandera, the high school principal, who gave us the congratulatory message, Mr. Rain Myrr Rubia, who led the induction of Transform, and our beloved guest speaker, Mr. Myles Enriquez, who gave us an inspirational message and emphasized the club’s devotion to serving the community.

The event ended successfully after the club officially took an oath of office, pledging to serve with integrity and dedication. With this, each officer became fully aware of the responsibility that they will hold in their position.

These student-leaders are now challenged to be consistent in strengthening their leadership and using it to help other people and foster a just community within and beyond the campus. It is no doubt that the Interact Club will be the vehicle of change —- this group of exemplary leaders will prove how they can be trusted in bringing hope to other people.

In this time of uncertainty, only fellow humans can help one another. Let's turn this into a cuddle weather as your donation could be a big hug for others.

Super Typhoon "Paeng" has taken a toll on us. It has hit a lot of areas in the Philippines, and Zamboanga city is one of the affected areas. In connection with that, the Interact club of Ferndale International School would like to seek immediate help as we conduct a donation drive for the people affected by this Super Typhoon in Zamboanga City.

The Interact Club of Ferndale International School is in need of the following:

•Hygiene Kits
•Clothes
•Blanket
•Slippers
•Sleeping Mats
•Halal Foods

We also accept Monetary Donations.
