The Ateneo Center for Culture and the Arts (ACCA) will be conducting โArt Healing: When Words Are Difficult, Let the Colors Speak,โ a three-day open art activity that will provide members of the ADZU community with a safe, welcoming, and creative space to express their emotions through painting. The activity aims to encourage emotional expression, self-reflection, and healing through the arts, while fostering a supportive environment where participants can freely explore and communicate their thoughts and feelings without the pressure of finding the right words.

โParticipants will not be required to explain their artwork or share their personal experiences. The canvas will simply serve as their own spaceโa place where they can pause, reflect, express, and allow the paint to communicate what they may not be able to say.

โThe activity will run for ๐๐ต๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฒ ๐ฑ๐ฎ๐๐, ๐ณ๐ฟ๐ผ๐บ ๐ฆ๐ฒ๐ฝ๐๐ฒ๐บ๐ฏ๐ฒ๐ฟ ๐ฎ ๐๐ผ ๐ฐ, ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ฒ, allowing members of the community to participate according to their availability and readiness. The goal is to create an open and accessible space where everyone can contribute in their own way, whether through a detailed painting, a simple brushstroke, a meaningful color, a symbol, or an abstract expression.
