Due to unforeseen circumstances that occured today, our school has decided to postpone our classes this week to ensure the safety of our students for the possible occurrence of aftershocks.

𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗺𝗲 𝗼𝗻 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆, 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗲 𝟭𝟱, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲.

However, our school will remain open this week for the following:
📍Enrollment will continue this week.
📍The School Chinese Library will continue releasing books starting tomorrow.
📍The Office of the Principal will be open starting at 8:00 AM today.

AVISO PUBLICO| Mayor Khymer Olaso has ordered the SUSPENSION OF CLASSES at all levels, including WORK in both local and national agencies in Zamboanga City today, June 8, following the earthquake that hit the city earlier today.

Nonetheless, offices providing essential and frontline services MUST CONTINUE normal, uninterrupted operations to serve the public.

Mayor Olaso has advised authorities to inspect the structural integrity of all buildings – schools, offices and other structures, and to protect students from aftershocks.

BDRRMCs in the different barangays are tasked to coordinate with the school authorities, traffic enforcers and other authorities for the safety of teachers and students on their way home.

The DOST- PHIVOLCS has issued a Tsunami Warning strongly advising people in Sarangani, Davao Occidental, Tawi-tawi, Sulu, Basilan, Zamboanga del Sur, Zamboanga Sibugay, Sultan Kudarat, and South Cotabato to IMMEDIATELY EVACUATE to higher grounds or move farther inland.

It is forecast that the first tsunami waves will arrive between 7:37am, 8June 2026 to 9:37am, 8June 2026. These waves may continue for hours.

Based on preliminary earthquake parameters, the location of the earthquake was offshore Sarangani with a depth of 10 kilomers and magnitude 7.0.

As we start our classes today, we hope to see you all later at 𝟳:𝟮𝟬 𝗔𝗠 for the time of our 𝗳𝗹𝗮𝗴 𝗰𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘆. 𝗢𝗹𝗱 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 are encouraged to be in their complete school uniform. Hence, wearing a decent civilian attire is 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐃 for our 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 if their uniforms aren't available as of the moment.

The Applicants must:
Submit all the accomplished requirements prescribed by the Guidance Center
a. Form 138 (Report Card)
b. Good Moral Certificate
c. Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Birth Certificate
d. 2 pcs. 2x2 recent ID Pictures
ii. Have no failing marks in the last quarter of the school year.
iii. Have a satisfactory deportment grade
iv. Be within the age of group and the grade level one is applying for
v. Undergo satisfactory interview. Likewise, parents will be interviewed.

𝐁. 𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐮𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
1. Submit form 138 to the registrar and Secure enrollment form
2. Fill-out the enrollment form and pay the prescribed fee to the Cashier.
3. Present enrollment form duly signed by the cashier to the principal for approval

NOTE: Our school follows a direct enrollment process and 𝐍𝐎 𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐑𝐀𝐍𝐂𝐄 𝐄𝐗𝐀𝐌𝐒 needed to be taken prior to the enrollment. Please be guided accordingly!
