The search for the next Young Peace Weavers 2022 is OFFICIALLY OPEN for all graduating students from the Secondary Schools (Senior High School) both private & public and Tertiary/College Division of Zamboanga City who have shown excellence in leadership, service, dedication and commitment to peace in their various priorities, involvements, and careers.

Deadline for submission of documents will be on June 30, 2022 (Thursday) and send it to our official email [email protected] with indicated subject (COMPLETE NAME_SCHOOL) .

The Supreme Student Government (SSG) of Manicahan National High School is one with the nation in celebrating the 124th Philippine Independence Day with the theme: " Kalayaan 2022: Pag-suong sa Hamon Ng Panibagong Bukas (Rise Towards The Challenge Of A New Beginning)".
Independence Day ( Araw ng Kalayaan "Day of Freedom") is an annual national holiday in the Philippines celebrated on June 12th to commemorate the Philippines' declaration of independence from Spanish Colonial Rule in 1898.
In 1898,the Filipino flag was unfurled for the first time amid an exciting ceremony which also featured the first public performance of the Philippine national anthem. The country has achieved significant progress.
