Below are the second and last batch of qualified applicants for the 𝐁𝐒 𝐂𝐈𝐕𝐈𝐋 𝐄𝐍𝐆𝐈𝐍𝐄𝐄𝐑𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐆𝐑𝐀𝐌.

To proceed with your enrollment, kindly visit the BSCE Enrollment Center at Comlab, 2nd floor OLD CAHSS Building on starting on July 14, 2026 for your medical slip and bring the following requirements:

1. Form 137, Form 138 (for senior high graduates), or a report card. (Original and Photocopy)
2. Good Moral Character. (Original and Photocopy)
3. Photocopy of PSA Authenticated Birth Certificate.
