All ROTC Cadets/Cadettes of 𝙎𝙤𝙪𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙣 𝘾𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝘾𝙤𝙡𝙡𝙚𝙜𝙚𝙨 𝙈𝙖𝙞𝙣 𝘾𝙖𝙢𝙥𝙪𝙨 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙬𝙞𝙙𝙚𝙨𝙩 𝙞𝙣𝙛𝙤𝙧𝙢𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝘿𝙞𝙨𝙨𝙚𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣! Please be guided on the Enrollment Procedure as follows:

𝙎𝙩𝙚𝙥 𝟭: Accomplish the online registration by scanning the official QR Code.
𝙎𝙩𝙚𝙥 𝟮: Once your registration is confirmed, you will be given issued copy of your Performance Card during the 1st Orientation and walk in enrollment.
𝙎𝙩𝙚𝙥 𝟯: Complete the enrollment process and comply with all required documents and instructions during the orientation.

📌 𝙍𝙀𝙈𝙄𝙉𝘿𝙀𝙍:
• Bring one (1) recent 2x2 ID picture wearing a white T-shirt and plain white background are required. Male cadets must have a clean cut haircut. While Female cadets must present a neat and proper appearance. Observe proper bearing and grooming standards.
