Whether you are a K–12 graduate or a 4th Year graduate during your time, we are inviting you to join our upcoming Culianan NHS Alumni Volleyball Tournament 2026 — Men & Women!🏐🔥
This is your chance to reconnect with your batchmates, meet fellow alumni, and create new memories together through sports. ❤️

👥12 players per team
💰 Registration Fee: ₱1,500 per team
✅ No limit on the number of teams!
✅ Players may come from different batches — you can mix players.
✅ As long as the players are Culianan NHS graduates, you can form your team.
📋 REGISTRATION FORMS ARE AVAILABLE EVERY SATURDAY & SUNDAY during our ongoing Basketball Tournament.
👉 Just approach the Alumni Officers at the registration table and get your registration form.

For easier validation with our school records, please write your FULL NAME — the name you used when you were still in school/graduated.**
If you are now married and your surname has changed, please use your maiden/full name used during your time at Culianan NHS.

Our registrar records are based on the names we used during our school years. Using your school name will make it easier and faster for us to validate your alumni status.
👕 UNIFORM
No need for a complete uniform.
Only a top/jersey is required, as long as it has your registered jersey number🏐
