Brent Hospital is a Level II tertiary hospital with 100-bed capacity as approved by the Department of Health (DOH) offering services such as diagnostic and laboratory examinations, out-patient services, emergency, surgery among others. The hospital is fully equipped with a centralize oxygen generator system. The school department offers allied health courses leading to baccalaureate degree such as Nursing, Medical Technology, Midwifery, Physical Therapy, Radiologic Technology, and Respiratory Therapy. Likewise, it offers TESDA courses such as Caregiving and Medical Transcription. It also offers Senior High School - STEM, ICT, TVLstrands and Sunday High School Education Program for Junior High.

In line with our celebration of Medical Technology Week, the BHCI - Laboratory Department, together with Zafire Distributors Incorporated, successfully conducted the seminar on "Clinical Phlebotomy Essentials: From Theory to Venipuncture,โ€ held on September 18, 2026 at the Admin Conference Room. Medical Technologists as main participants, gathered to gain invaluable insights and acquire additional knowledge that would elevate their clinical phlebotomy skills.

Special thanks to the distinguished resource speaker, Kevin O. Hombed, RMT, CSSO, for generously sharing his expertise which led to an insightful and engaging session!
