RT Lim Family Hospital collaborated with Notacor Training Group to support the primary hospital's human resource development and improve the leadership capacity of the Hospital management team that includes the CEO, medical doctor, head nurses and department heads.

Two Zamboanga Distribution companies expand in Ipil; aim to be a major player in Visayas and Mindanao

As a business expansion consultant, part of my job is to help companies expand their market by developing their Human Resources because training the human capital is a must to develop the leadership, work attitude and inter department relationship of a company.

Unilever-SME and Welmar Marketing are two Zamboanga based companies that employed about 500 workforce. I started training their Zamboanga management team in 2015, their Dumaguete Branch in 2019 and today I was asked to train their Ipil management team.

SME and Welmar have developed their human resource well and eventually became a major player in the Visayas and Mindanao Distribution industry . So what makes these companies different? They invest in human resource and the rest is history.

We just completed the four batches of training on Strengthening Team Accountability Responsibility and Trust and behind the training preparation success, is the Human Resource Department. Congratulations to the HR Department of Unilever-SME headed by HR head Michelle Dalaguit for organizing these training series.

Building Organizational Resiliency and Managing Crisis was our workshop's theme for today's training of Welmar Marketing, the distribution company of leading food brands Kopiko, Super Crunch, Selecta, Brownie Bites, Le Mineral and Virginia Hotdog.
