In times of crisis when the world is in upheaval, where we have no home and when the world no longer feels safe, mental health becomes both fragile and essential. For every statistic we have about disaster or conflict, there are hearts carrying invisible injuries: the mother whose home she fled and can't sleep; the child who jumps at every loud noise; the responder that saved others in crisis while quietly breaking inside. Humanitarian emergencies do not just destroy buildings; they destroy minds, and the safety of normalcy that people hang onto. Addressing mental health in these times is not a luxury; it is a matter of survival, compassion, and justice.
May this day remind us that healing extends beyond rebuilding buildings, but rebuilding wounded souls. As we stand with those affected by humanitarian crises, let us not forget that empathy is as important as "aid" and listening can be as powerful as a rescue.

Each and every one holds value that cannot be measured.
This Su***de Prevention Month, we are called to embrace the importance of everybodyโs presence, in the times they are happy, sad, vulnerableโespecially, in their most difficult times. Su***de might be known as one of the leading causes of death globally, still it is preventable in many waysโby raising awareness, promoting understanding, and by providing support to everyone; even little things like asking your peers how they are doing can help. Behind every loved oneโs facade are struggles that deserve to be seen, heard, and embraced with understanding rather than silence.
Let us break the shame that surrounds everyoneโs well-being by making each individual feel safe to express their feelings without the fear of being judged. A simple open-ear can make a difference in another individualโs life.
May this month remind everyone that no one deserves to ever cope in their difficulties alone, and by standing firm together, we can build a future where each person feels loved, taken care of, seen, heard, and embraced. Let us stay strong togetherโfor hope, for each other, and for a better life.

From heroes of the past to the leaders of today, women have consistently shaped our nation. They are found in healthcare, in education, in business, in governance, in agriculture, in our homesโ their impact and valuable contributions cannot be denied. ๐๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ป๐ ๐๐ผ๐๐ฝ๐ถ๐๐ฎ๐น ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐๐ผ๐น๐น๐ฒ๐ด๐ฒ๐ ๐๐ป๐ฐ๐ผ๐ฟ๐ฝ๐ผ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐๐ฒ๐ฑ joins in celebrating their strength, courage, and unwavering spirit this National Women's Month.

It is a call to action, to amplify and empower their voices as we pursue gender equality in the Philippines.
