SUBJ : SCHOOL SUPPLIES DISTRIBUTION

1. In the light of extending community assistance as one of our advocacy to help the less fortunate children in a coastal barangay of Montecentral, Patalon, the 305th CGAS-CGADSWM in coordination with Center for Community Extension Services (CCES), Rotaract Clubs of Zamboanga City, will conduct a Distribution of School Supplies “AYUDA Y SUPPORTA NA COSTA COMMUNIDAD” on 23rd of June (Saturday) at 0700H, Ateneo de Zamboanga University, La Purisima Street.

2. It is in this light that we are informing your good office that we seek assistance from the Rotaract Clubs of Zamboanga City, Officers and Members.

a. Transportations will be provided CCES-ADZU.

Incidental expenses (snacks and drinks etc) will be covered by the Rotaract Club of Zamboanga City West.
