2 Timothy 3:16; 2 Peter 1:19-21

For by grace you have been saved through faith; and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God; not as a result of works, so that no one may boast.
Ephesians 2:8‭-‬9 NASB1995

One of the beauties of grace is that it addresses the issue of the tendency of human heart to be prideful. It cultivates humility than pride.

UNDERSTANDING THE TRINITY

Trinity, in Christian Doctrine is the unity of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.
However, critics argue in the idea of Trinity questioning "How can be three become one, and how can be one become three? "

Trinitarian would say Trinity is not polytheism or believe in three gods. God can be categorized into what we call the polytheism and monotheism, however, the God of the bible which we believe both of us is revealing himself as one God which is the source of Christian life and faith. He introduces Himself in His word as One.

There is a distinction between "Being" and "Person".
For example, Man is a human BEING in the PERSON of Roland.
The same with God, God is a Divine BEING who eternally exists as three distinct PERSONS - the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. These three are co-equal, co-substantial, and co-eternal in one Godhead. The Father is not the Son, the Son is not the Holy Spirit, and the Holy Spirit is not the Father.
They are three Persons but One God.

The BIBLE stands for:
B-asic
I-nstructions
B-efore
L-eaving on
E-arth.

A collection of 66 sacred documents, the "Library of Divine Revelation". It comes from the God, His revelation with a "supernatural influence on human writer by the Holy Spirit" 2 Peter 1:19-21; 2 Tim 3:16-17. It's a book with One Divine author and its writers are in perfect agreement , no contradiction. It is derived from the Greek name "Biblios" as well as Latin name "Bibliblia" meaning "books". It has three different languages which are Aramaic, Hebrew and Greek, under different circumstances.
It is divided into the Old Testament, containing thirty-nine books, and the New Testament, containing twenty-seven books.
"The Scriptures (Matthew 21:42), scripture (2 Peter 1:20), the holy scriptures (Romans 1:2), the law (John 12:34), the law of Moses, the prophets, and the psalms (Luke 24:44), the law and the prophets (Matthew 5:17), the old covenant (2 Corinthians 3:14) are names given to the Old in the writings of the New.

The Old Testament in the Hebrew Canon (The TaNaK) has three main sections.
The first section consisting of the Pentateuch - The Law (Torah) - or five books of Moses namely:
• Genesis
• Exodus
• Leviticus
• Numbers
• Deuteronomy

The second section of the TaNaK is called "The Prophets" (Nevi'im) consisting of the
Former Prophets
• Joshua
• Judges
• Samuel
• Kings

As well as, Latter or Greater Prophets namely:
• Isaiah
• Jeremiah
• Ezekiel
• and THE TWELVE

The third section is so-called the "Hagiographa" or Holy Writings. These were ranked in three divisions...

Poetic:
• Psalms
• Proverbs
• Job

Megillot (The 5 Separate Rolls):
• Song of Songs
• Ruth
• Lamentations
• Ecclesiastes
• Esther

Historical:
• Daniel
• Ezra
• Nehemiah
• Chronicles

The New Testament consists of
1. The Historical Books
• The Gospels
• and Acts of the Apostles

2. The Epistles
3. The Apocalypse (Revelation)

It is interesting to note that the purpose of division into chapters and verses is "designed to facilitate reference to it." The division is not wisely made because it is a human invention yet it is very useful.

Human Morality, Ethics , Actions and Law does not satisfied the Standard of God neighter presume salvation in the means of works and effort . But truly by the redemption of Christ through His death as a propitiation of Sin and as a resemblance as Christ Buried we are buried with Him and His Resurrection that made us victorious that ressemble that we are alive and Risen with Him .

Galatians 2:19-21 For through the Law I died to the Law, so that I might live to God. I have been crucified with Christ; and it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the fles | New American Standard... 01/05/2023

For through the Law I died to the Law, so that I might live to God. I have been crucified with Christ; and it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself up for me. I do not nullify the grace of God, for if righteousness comes through the Law, then Christ died needlessly.”

There are a lot of principles that you can get from these versions. One of the principles is "Works becomes meaningless without knowing Christ, but Christ died for humankind and so works has a purpose."

When a person didn't know and didn't received Lord Jesus Christ; and do good works to be save.
But the good works are "meaningless" and the "intention" of doing good is right but doing good to be saved is not right.
But because of God's love and grace of the Lord, Jesus Christ died for us to be saved and through faith we have been saved.

Therefore, in response of God's love and grace, all things we do has a "purpose" (the purpose to Glorify our living God).

Galatians 2:19-21 For through the Law I died to the Law, so that I might live to God. I have been crucified with Christ; and it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the fles | New American Standard...
