OFFICIAL STATEMENT

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته

Following our previous announcement, the entire school community mourns the passing of our HFSED Executive Director, Abdalrahman Elfaky, who returned to his Creator on November 29, 2025. We extend our deepest condolences to his family and loved ones. May Allah ﷻ grant them patience, strength, and comfort during this difficult time.

We respectfully ask everyone to offer their understanding, cooperation, and compassion, especially toward the bereaved family. Let us allow them the privacy they need as they grieve.

We understand that this news has caused concern, and we want to assure you that a thorough investigation by the authorities is underway. We urge everyone to refrain from spreading unconfirmed information or engaging in speculation, as this could hinder the investigation and cause unnecessary distress. Islam teaches us to guard our tongues and speak only what is true, beneficial, and just. Let us uphold the values of honesty and integrity and avoid spreading rumors that may be harmful or untrue.

We encourage everyone to remain strong and united, contributing to a safe and supportive environment by focusing on positive relationships within our community. The school remains committed to continuing its operations as usual. Let us remember the great things we have accomplished together and draw strength from our shared values as we move forward, dedicated to the education and well-being of our children.

May Allah ﷻ guide us and protect us all; forgive our departed brother, have mercy on him, and grant him the highest ranks in Jannah.

With heavy hearts and profound sadness, we mourn the tragic loss of our brother and beloved HFSED Executive Director, 𝐀𝐛𝐝𝐚𝐥𝐫𝐚𝐡𝐦𝐚𝐧 𝐄𝐥𝐟𝐚𝐤𝐲.

He met The Almighty while in the field, serving orphans and helping the needy, leaving behind a legacy of compassion and service.
We ask the Almighty to grant us patience and solace in this great loss. May He accept the martyr our dear brother Abdalrahman into His vast mercy, placing him in the highest ranks of Jannatul Firdaus. May His infinite peace and blessings be upon him.

To his family, we extend our deepest condolences and prayers for strength, patience, and comfort in this hour of grief. May Allah ease their sorrow and grant them resilience.

PUBLIC ADVISORY (12MN Aug. 26, 2025) Mayor Khymer Olaso orders the suspension of classes in all levels – both public and private schools in Zamboanga City, Tuesday, August 26, 2025, due to inclement weather and for the safety of the learners.

According to the latest PAGASA advisory, Zamboanga City will experience cloudy skies, scattered rains and heavy thunderstorms due to Low Pressure Area (LPA) and Southwest Monsoon or Habagat.

The public is advised to take precautionary measures against the impacts associated with these hazards.
