PUBLIC ADVISORY (12MN Aug. 26, 2025) Mayor Khymer Olaso orders the suspension of classes in all levels – both public and private schools in Zamboanga City, Tuesday, August 26, 2025, due to inclement weather and for the safety of the learners.

According to the latest PAGASA advisory, Zamboanga City will experience cloudy skies, scattered rains and heavy thunderstorms due to Low Pressure Area (LPA) and Southwest Monsoon or Habagat.

The public is advised to take precautionary measures against the impacts associated with these hazards.
