To ensure a smooth and organized Insurance Fee collection, please take note of the schedule and guidelines below.

📍 Venue: AVR (Rooms 23 & 24)

📅 July 20 – 1st Year & 4th Year Students
📅 July 21 – 2nd Year & 3rd Year Students

💳 Amount to Pay: ₱70.00 (Insurance Fee)

📌 Important Reminders:
• As much as possible, pay on the day your year level is assigned to pay.
• Online payments will NOT be accepted as to avoid confusion. Please bring the exact amount of ₱70.00.
• If someone will pay on your behalf, kindly provide the following information:
- Full Name
- Age
- Birthdate
- Program
- Contact Number

We encourage everyone to follow their designated schedule and prepare the necessary requirements in advance for a faster and more convenient collection process 🐬💙
