Antonio A. Angeles High School participated in the Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED) earlier today, June 18, 2026, in support of the nationwide initiative to strengthen disaster preparedness and emergency response awareness.

The activity was carried out with the active participation of students, teachers, and school personnel, reinforcing the school's commitment to safety, readiness, and the protection of the entire school community.

Through continuous preparedness programs and drills, Antonio A. Angeles High School remains dedicated to promoting a culture of vigilance, resilience, and readiness in times of emergencies.

Following the cancellation of the Tsunami Warning by DOST-PHIVOLCS and pursuant to the directive of the City Government of Zamboanga, classes at all levels shall resume on Tuesday, June 9, 2026.

📢 ANNOUNCEMENT: CLASS SUSPENSION DUE TO EARTHQUAKE

In view of the recent earthquake and the possibility of aftershocks, classes in all levels are hereby suspended effective immediately until further notice.

For the safety and well-being of our learners, parents and guardians are advised to proceed to the school to pick up their children as soon as possible. Students will only be released to their authorized guardians.

We ask for everyone’s cooperation and understanding as we prioritize the safety of our school community.
