HIGHLIGHTS | Science Department's ATENEO SCIQUESTA: A Success!

Congratulations to all participants who joined the first Private School's Science Quiz Bowl in the city dubbed as ATENEO SCIQUESTA: The Science Quiz Bee Showdown, hosted by the Science Department of ADZU JHS on September 16, 2023. The competition included elimination and final rounds, and the winners are 🏆:

While the students were participating in the quiz bowl, the coaches attended a session on improvisation and developing an improvisational mindset. The session was presented by Mr. Gino Calumpang, one of the Regional Trainers at the DOST Science Education Institute's SCIENCE TEACHER ACADEMY FOR THE REGIONS. Engr. Nestor Rebuya, ADZU JHS Laboratory Technician, also presented procedures for creating improvised materials in line with the concepts and competencies of the Science Curriculum.

This huge success is attributed to the activities organized by the Science Department of ADZU JHS, led by the department chairperson, Ms. Julie Ann A. Malcampo, in celebration of the National Science Club Month.
