Sa LEaP!, kami ay lubos na nagpapasalamat sa mga g**ong nagbibigay-daan sa pagsasakatuparan ng aming mga programa para sa mga kabataan. Kasama ninyo, mas naging posible ang paglalakbay ng bawat kabataang Pilipino mula sa pag-aaral tungo sa kinabukasang kanilang pinapangarap.

On August 22 to 23, 2026, student leaders from the University of Eastern Philippines came together for Together We ASCEND, a two-day leadership development program organized in collaboration with the LEaP! Programme and the Provincial Youth Development Office (PYDO). Officers from the University Student Council, College Student Councils, and ARCOSAF took part in leadership workshops, governance orientations, and strategic planning sessions designed to strengthen their capacity for effective, student-centered leadership. 🧭

More than a training, the program aimed to build a stronger, more united student leadership community, one rooted in integrity, empathy, and service. As UEP's student leaders move forward, they carry with them a shared reminder: they don't rise alone, they rise together.

On September 27, 2026, our Emerging Sakto Trainers gathered for their second Value-Adding Session: Understanding Life–Work Balance: Nurturing the Self, Inside and Outside Work.

Facilitated by Ms. Fatma Shaheen ""Shyne"" S. Hadjirul, RPm, the session invited our trainers to reflect on caring for their well-being while navigating their responsibilities, and on how self-care supports their continuing journey as Sakto trainers.

From September 15 to 17, 2026, the ALTEC-LEaP! team gathered at Golden Phoenix Hotel for PANAGTAPOK 2026: Toward the Finish Line, three days of reflection and planning as LEaP! heads into Year 3. We started by looking back at Year 2 through shared stories, learning cards, and evidence from the field.

We took a close look at our models, including Capacity Building, Padayon Plus, Hire-Ready, Business-Ready, the Sakto Trainers Lab, and YDA capacity-strengthening. For Year 3, we're aiming for a more intentional and localized approach, with better documentation and stronger partnerships, so more young Filipinos can move from learning to earning and beyond. 🩵

The Sakto Trainers Lab gave us an opportunity not only to develop facilitators, but also to reflect on what it really takes to help people become better at facilitating learning with young people.

Every mission trip that comes together, every program that runs smoothly, every little detail sorted out before anyone even notices a problem, that's you. Being Program Manager means carrying a lot quietly, but we see it, and we're grateful for it.

You make the hard work look manageable. More than that, you make it feel like it means something, because of the heart you bring into it.
