If you choose to maintain a healthy lifestyle, you are loving yourself first. Make the decision to eat healthier, exercise more, and live better for YOU— not because you want to lose weight or to “look better” for others. Make the decision for the right reasons.
The goal should be a healthier you, not a perfect you. You don't need to eat healthy food all the time but at least once a day. Move your body frequently, look in the mirror and see the beauty in your eyes, the growing strength in your body, and the resilience in your spirit. You only get one body, so own it, love it for what it is, and take good care of it. You deserve to feel more energize - start today.
To ensure good health: eat lightly, breathe deeply, live moderately, cultivate cheerfulness, and maintain an interest in life. - William Londen
