We are proud to announce the successful completion of the Art Peace Education Volunteer Interview held on August 1–2, 2026. Applicants came from different schools,and youth organizations, bringing their passion for peacebuilding and community service.

Out of 57 applicants, only 30 young leaders successfully passed the interview process. Congratulations and welcome to the Art Peace Education family!🤍💙

💬 “Every ending is a new beginning for a stronger peace journey.”
💬 “It is not the end, but the beginning of everything—where youth volunteers learn to rise, move forward, and continue the mission of peace.” 💚✨
💚 “Youth peacebuilders never say goodbye—they move forward with purpose.” ✨

The last day was a meaningful yet emotional moment as participants shared their reflections, learnings, and personal experiences throughout the camp. It was a sad day of farewell, but also a powerful reminder of growth, friendship, and unity built over the days spent together. 🤝🌿

Participants also presented their plans and commitments moving forward as Youth Peace Builders, promising to continue their advocacy for peace, volunteerism, leadership, and social cohesion in their respective communities. 🕊️💚

Though the camp has ended, the mission continues—because peace lives in every youth who chooses to serve. 💚🕊️

💬 “Leadership is service, volunteerism is action, and peace is a journey we walk together.”
💚 “A true youth leader builds unity, inspires change, and serves with heart.” ✨

The 2nd day session focused on Leadership, Volunteerism, and Peace Journey, where participants strengthened their values, commitment, and role as young peace advocates. 🤝🌿

In the afternoon, the participants engaged in Team-Building activities that enhanced cooperation, trust, and unity among the different groups.

At night, the Camp Fire 🔥 presentation showcased the talents of the 5 clusters: Visual Arts, Music, Dance, Theatre, and Arts & Crafts 🎭🎶🎨✨, followed by a special intermission number from the Art Peace Volunteers through a Body Peace Painting presentation, highlighting creativity and the message of peace through art. 🕊️💚

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the City Government of Zamboanga for the camp site, the Boy Scouts of the Philippines Zamboanga City Council for the venue, and the Officers and Volunteers of Art Peace Education for their dedication and support in making this event meaningful and successful. 🙏✨

MABUHAY!! and congratulations to everyone for the successful conduct of the Youth Volunteer Peace Camp 2026 👏👏organized by the Art Peace Education Organization held last May 20–22, 2026 at Camp Jose T. Atilano, Pasonanca, Zamboanga City.

The 1st day session focused on Peace Advocacy and Environmental Awareness, where participants engaged in learning activities, getting-to-know-each-other sessions, and team-building that strengthened trust and friendship among more than 50 young leaders from different communities. 🤝🌱

In the 1st night, participants joined a Movie Reflection on “SWAPPED,” highlighting the value of trust in relationships and decision-making. 🎬🌙

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the City Government of Zamboanga for the camp site, the Boy Scouts of the Philippines Zamboanga City Council for the venue, and the Officers and Volunteers of Art Peace Education for their dedication and support in making this event successful. 🙏✨

Proud tayo na kinilala ang Muntinlupa bilang International Local Volunteer Partner Institution ng Philippine National Volunteer Service Coordinating Agency (PNVSCA) at Korea International Cooperation Agency Philippines - KOICA—isang award na ibinibigay sa mga lungsod na aktibong nakikipagtulungan sa international volunteers para sa mga programang may tunay na impact sa komunidad.

Sa atin, ramdam ito lalo na sa early childhood education at sa mga child development centers, kung saan kasama natin ang mga volunteers sa pagtulong at pagbabahagi ng kanilang kaalaman.

Maganda sa ganitong partnership, hindi lang tayo ang nakikinabang. It’s a two-way street—natututo rin ang mga volunteers mula sa ating komunidad.

Maraming salamat sa PNVSCA, KOICA, at sa lahat ng naging bahagi nito!
