Hosted by the College of Respiratory Therapy of Brent Hospital and Colleges Inc.., today’s forum brought together our esteemed affiliates — 𝗖𝗶𝘂𝗱𝗮𝗱 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗭𝗮𝗺𝗯𝗼𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮, 𝗭𝗮𝗺𝗯𝗼𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮 𝗣𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗹𝗮 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿, and our very own 𝗕𝗛𝗖𝗜 𝗣𝘂𝗹𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗟𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆.

This collaborative gathering deepened our shared commitment to excellence in training and mentorship. Participants strengthened their understanding of the internship framework and standards, embraced their responsibilities as affiliates and preceptors, and reinforced the importance of safeguarding interns’ welfare in a safe and supportive environment. The forum highlighted the consistent application of assessment tools, protocols, and harmonized practices across institutions — all while prioritizing the holistic growth and development of our interns.

(Knowledge In Doing Safety: Better Respiratory Etiquette And Through Healthy Education)

Last March 28, 2026, the College of Respiratory Therapy – Level 3 students and faculty brought learning, laughter, and love to the children of the Department of Social Work – Reception and Study Center for Children. 💙

The day was filled with meaningful activities:
🦠 A creative skit showing how germs spread when we forget to wash our hands
🧼 Fun and interactive handwashing lessons, followed by the children proudly practicing proper handwashing themselves
💃 A lively dance number performed by students together with the children
🎩 A magical show that sparked wonder and laughter
🎁 Heartfelt donations of milk, chocolate drink, diapers, and school supplies to support the children’s daily needs

This outreach was more than just a program, it was a celebration of compassion, education, and community. We learned, danced, laughed, and shared side by side—proving that even the simplest acts of kindness can ripple into lasting change.

The event honored the newest 𝙍𝙚𝙜𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙚𝙙 𝙍𝙚𝙨𝙥𝙞𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙤𝙧𝙮 𝙏𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙖𝙥𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙨 celebrating their perseverance, dedication, and success in the licensure examinations. Witnessed by the school chaplain, school director, deans of various colleges and heads of offices, the program became a powerful testament to the unity of the Brent community in uplifting student achievement.

Faculty and students came together to give thanks, share joy, and recognize the remarkable journey of these future health advocates. Their success is not only a milestone but also an inspiration for the next generation of takers proving that with resilience, faith, and hard work, dreams do come true. 🫁💙🎉
