Congratulations to all applicants who have successfully qualified for the BS Information Technology (BSIT) and BS Information Systems (BSIS) programs.

All qualified applicants are required to confirm their slot and submit the required documents on or before July 20, 2026 (Monday). You must also claim your Medical Slip on or before the same date.

Failure to confirm your admission and claim your Medical Slip by Monday, July 20, 2026, will result in the forfeiture of your slot. The vacant slot may then be offered to qualified applicants on the waiting list.

The Scholarship and Financial Assistance Office (SFAO) of Zamboanga Peninsula Polytechnic State University (ZPPSU) announces the opening of applications for the Iskolar ng LANDBANK Program (ILP) 2026.

The scholarship program aims to provide educational assistance to deserving yet financially disadvantaged students who are children or grandchildren of Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries (ARBs) or Small Farmers and Fishers (SFFs), in support of academic excellence and nation-building.

Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must satisfy the following qualifications:

✔️ A resident of Zamboanga del Sur
✔️ A child or grandchild of an Agrarian Reform Beneficiary (ARB) or a Small Farmer/Fisher registered under the Registry System for Basic Sectors in Agriculture (RSBSA)
✔️ With a minimum general average of 90% or ranked within the Top 10% of the Senior High School graduating class
✔️ Must not be a recipient of any other scholarship, educational grant, or financial assistance program
✔️ Annual gross family income must not exceed ₱300,000.00

• Horticulture
• Animal Science
• Food Technology
• Agricultural Engineering
• IT Engineering
• Environmental Science
• Industrial/Management Engineering
• Geodetic Engineering
• Civil Engineering

• Data Analytics/Science
• Real Estate Management

Other agriculture-related degree programs may also be considered, subject to the evaluation and approval of the Selection Committee.

Application Requirements

Applicants are required to submit the following:

📄 Duly accomplished and signed ILP Application Form together with all required supporting documents.

🎥 A pre-recorded video presentation (maximum of three [3] minutes) addressing the following questions:

• Why are you pursuing your chosen degree program?
• How do you envision yourself contributing to nation-building?
