WMSU-Chemical Society

The WMSU Chemical Society proudly recognizes the BS Chemistry Sophomore students behind “The Analyte,” a publication initiative created as part of the requirements for their Purposive Communication subject.

Through creative layouts, engaging articles, and featured departmental activities, the students were able to showcase not only their communication skills, but also their talent in publication design, media, and student journalism.

We would also like to clarify that “The Analyte” is an independent academic publication project of the BS Chemistry Sophomore students and is not officially affiliated with or managed by the WMSU Chemical Society. Nevertheless, the organization proudly supports and recognizes student initiatives that promote creativity, communication, and engagement within the Department of Chemistry.

We commend the effort, creativity, and initiative of the sophomore batch in highlighting the vibrant community within the Department of Chemistry. Your passion and talent truly deserve recognition.

Last April 15, the WMSU-Chemical Society came together for a lively Chembreeders socialization inspired by the colorful world of Zootopia. Just like the city where different species work and thrive together, the event celebrated the unity and diversity of Chembreeders from different year levels, all gathered in one place to build stronger connections beyond the laboratory.

The day was filled with sportsmanship, laughter, and unforgettable moments as everyone participated in fun activities and friendly competitions. From energetic games to the exciting battle of the wits, Chembreeders showed not only their knowledge but also their teamwork, enthusiasm, and camaraderie. The room echoed with cheers, jokes, and smiles, reminding us that the heart of the Chemical Society lies not only in science, but also in the friendships we create along the way.

Indeed, the Chembreeders socialization proved that when passion, unity, and a little bit of fun come together, great memories are made. Here’s to more laughter, stronger bonds, and a community that continues to grow together— just like the vibrant world of Zootopia.

𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐲 𝐝𝐨𝐧'𝐭 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐡𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐨𝐫 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐭𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐭𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭, but without them, there is no ChemBreeders. The committee works quietly and efficiently behind the curtains: setting up challenges, capturing moments, and making sure every house gets the experience they deserve.
