TFCOVID-19 ADVISORY:
Zamboanga City will be under General Community Quarantine (GCQ) effective Saturday, May 16. Mayor Beng Climaco is set to issue an Executive Order setting the guidelines for GCQ. Under GCQ:
• Curfew hours will still be enforced from 9pm to 5am
• Movement of people will still be guided by the Quarantine Pass policy
• Public transport will resume based on 30% rationalized route and limited load as per LTFRB
• Minimum public health standards shall be complied with at all times for the duration of the GCQ such as mandatory wearing of face mask, social distancing and regular hand washing
• Additional establishments will be allowed to open under GCQ but still regulated. Full list of businesses allowed to operate will be indicated in the Executive Order
• Check points shall be established to regulate movement of people, implement social distancing and to allow frontliners and authorized persons outside residences to pass through
• Violators of the GCQ guidelines shall be penalized
