A Testimonial Program for the newly 𝑹𝒆𝒈𝒊𝒔𝒕𝒆𝒓𝒆𝒅 𝑨𝑩𝑬 𝑷𝒂𝒔𝒔𝒆𝒓𝒔 of the recent 𝑨𝑩𝑬 𝑳𝒊𝒄𝒆𝒏𝒔𝒖𝒓𝒆 𝑬𝒙𝒂𝒎𝒊𝒏𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 was held at the 𝑪𝑶𝑬 𝑨𝑽𝑹, 𝑱𝒂𝒏𝒖𝒂𝒓𝒚 𝟐𝟒, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔.. This event is to honor the newly Registered Agricultural and Biosystems Engineers (RABE) and to let them share their experiences in taking the ABE Licensure Examination as well as what to expect and what to do.

The event was formally opened and welcomed by our very own Department Head of ABE, 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗿. 𝗜𝘃𝘆 𝗝. 𝗦𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗼𝘀.

We would like to express our deepest gratitude for our newly registered engineers who shared their insights and experience with us. Our first speaker, 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗿. 𝗞’𝗔𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗚𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗼, 𝗥𝗔𝗕𝗘, shared three core reminders: “𝑩𝒆 𝒃𝒓𝒂𝒗𝒆, 𝑺𝒉𝒐𝒘 𝒖𝒑, 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑯𝒂𝒗𝒆 𝑭𝒂𝒊𝒕𝒉.” She emphasized courage in facing separation from family, financial struggles, and lifestyle changes during review. She highlighted the importance of consistently showing up despite fear and pressure and trusting God throughout the process.

The second speaker, 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗿. 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗦𝘂𝘇𝘇𝗮𝗻𝗲 𝗢𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗮, 𝗥𝗔𝗕𝗘, a consistent topnotcher in her review center and she gave us tips for the board exam review, because it is too good not to share ; “ “𝑭𝒊𝒓𝒔𝒕, 𝒍𝒐𝒐𝒌 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝒅𝒊𝒇𝒇𝒆𝒓𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒐𝒖𝒓𝒄𝒆𝒔, 𝒔𝒆𝒄𝒐𝒏𝒅, 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒎𝒖𝒔𝒕 𝒇𝒐𝒄𝒖𝒔, 𝒏𝒆𝒙𝒕, 𝒃𝒆 𝒄𝒐𝒏𝒔𝒊𝒔𝒕𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒅𝒐𝒏’𝒕 𝒍𝒐𝒔𝒆 𝒚𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝒕𝒓𝒂𝒄𝒌, 𝒕𝒂𝒌𝒆 𝒂 𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒕, 𝒃𝒆 𝒕𝒆𝒂𝒄𝒉𝒂𝒃𝒍𝒆, 𝒍𝒐𝒐𝒌 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝒎𝒐𝒕𝒊𝒗𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒊𝒏𝒔𝒑𝒊𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏, 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒍𝒂𝒔𝒕𝒍𝒚 𝒑𝒓𝒂𝒚𝒆𝒓𝒔.”

The third speaker, 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗿. 𝗞𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗰𝘆𝗹𝗹𝗲 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗩𝗲𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗲, 𝗥𝗔𝗕𝗘, shared her experience of self-review and emotional struggles. Despite feeling isolated, pressured, and failing pre-boards, she relied on prayer and surrender to God, which helped her overcome fear and doubt.

Next, 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗿. 𝗤𝘂𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗲 𝗔𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗥𝗔𝗕𝗘, a board exam retaker, emphasized self-worth and resilience. She highlighted the effects of the pandemic on learning and reminded students to not tie their value solely to grades. This is the message she left everyone with: “𝒔𝒉𝒐𝒘 𝒖𝒑, 𝒇𝒊𝒏𝒅 𝒚𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝒓𝒊𝒈𝒉𝒕 𝒑𝒆𝒐𝒑𝒍𝒆, 𝒇𝒊𝒏𝒅 𝒂 𝒉𝒆𝒍𝒑𝒇𝒖𝒍 𝒎𝒆𝒄𝒉𝒂𝒏𝒊𝒔𝒎, 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒂𝒍𝒘𝒂𝒚𝒔 𝒑𝒓𝒂𝒚.” Engr. Ansing shared the quote that guided her journey; “𝑷𝒂𝒏𝒈𝒂𝒓𝒂𝒑𝒊𝒏, 𝑷𝒂𝒈𝒕𝒓𝒂𝒃𝒂𝒉𝒖𝒊𝒏, 𝒂𝒕 𝑰𝒑𝒂𝒏𝒂𝒍𝒂𝒏𝒈𝒊𝒏.”

Following her was 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗿. 𝗞𝗿𝗶𝗺𝗮𝗿 𝗣𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗱𝗮, 𝗥𝗔𝗕𝗘, who shared her journey of perseverance despite fear, self-doubt, limited preparation time and financial challenges. Despite exhaustion and fear, she continued with faith, believing that small daily progress still matters.
She emphasizes these messages throughout her speech.

The sixth speaker, 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗿. 𝗝𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗵 𝗛𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗻, 𝗥𝗔𝗕𝗘, delivered a brief but meaningful message highlighting gratitude and purpose.
He imparted us with these messages before he left the stage.

The seventh speaker, 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗿. 𝗞𝗼𝗻𝗿𝗮𝗱 𝗞𝗮𝗿𝗹 𝗔𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗹𝗲𝘀, 𝗥𝗔𝗕𝗘, shared his 20-year journey toward licensure. After multiple attempts, work responsibilities, and delays, he finally passed through perseverance and faith.
An inspiration by many, gave us his secret to his success.

The final speaker, 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗿. 𝗖𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗮 𝗣𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗵𝗼, 𝗥𝗔𝗕𝗘, discussed her fear of the board exam, academic anxiety, and external pressure. With support from friends, family, and professors, she overcame uncertainty and passed.
She wants to leave this message to her fellow juniors that will soon take the board exam.

Now is the time to celebrate and recognize the first delivery of milk in sterilized glass way back in 1878. This day is the 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐌𝐢𝐥𝐤 𝐃𝐚𝐲, which highlights the nutrition and benefits that we can acquire from consuming milk and other dairy products 🧀🧈. It is a celebration to appreciate nutrients like 𝒄𝒂𝒍𝒄𝒊𝒖𝒎, 𝒑𝒓𝒐𝒕𝒆𝒊𝒏, 𝒊𝒐𝒅𝒊𝒏𝒆 and more that we can surely get from drinking milk, eating dairy products, and mixing it up with our meals. 🍲

By consuming milk and products that contain milk, we can strengthen our teeth and bones🦷🦴, gain more energy, grow our muscles, improve our immune system, and help our body stay hydrated at all times. While still keeping these benefits from milk, it is also better to consume it wisely and responsibly. It is made for us to stay healthy and not to have health problems.

Stay away from unhealthy drinks 🚫🥤, and instead consume these milky drinks to get those nutrients!
