The **Catalina Vda. De Jalon Memorial School**, through the **Sta. Maria District Bids and Awards Committee (BAC)**, invites all prospective suppliers to submit their **lowest and most competitive quotation** for the procurement of **Food Ingredients/Commodities for the School-Based Feeding Program (SBFP)**.

The procurement shall cover **food ingredients and commodities only**, as specified in the **Request for Quotation (RFQ) and Canvass Form**.

SUBMISSION OF QUOTATIONS AND REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

Interested suppliers are requested to submit the accomplished **RFQ and Canvass Form**, together with the required procurement documents, to:

DEADLINE OF SUBMISSION

**August 14, 2026, on or before 1:00 PM**

All procurement activities shall be conducted in accordance with **Republic Act No. 12009 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR)**, or the applicable procurement law and IRR in effect.

Qualified and interested suppliers are encouraged to participate and submit their **most competitive quotation** for the **Food Ingredients/Commodities for the School-Based Feeding Program (SBFP)**.

In line with the implementation of the DepEd ARAL Program (RA 12028), CVDJMS proudly announces the official schedule of activities for the ARAL Summer 2026 Intervention Program for identified learners in Reading.
