Physical Education Association - ZPPSU

Last September 4, 2025, the Physical Education Association for Students (PEAS) of Zamboanga Peninsula Polytechnic State University (ZPPSU) successfully held its election, with the participation of all class presidents and vice presidents from the first-year and second-year PathFit classes.

The event was conducted under the guidance of Dr. Dexter Paclibar, PEAS Adviser and Sport Development Director of ZPPSU, and was further strengthened by the presence of our ever-active and supportive Dr. Maria Christina G. Wee, Vice President for Academic Affairs and Dean of the College of Physical Education and Sports.

We also extend our gratitude to the PathFit instructors, led by Dr. Ronel Peromingan, Program Chairperson of PathFit under the College of Physical Education and Sports, whose presence and assistance, along with the dedication of the different PathFit instructors, made the election more meaningful and successful.

Reminders for the Dance Fitness Fest

1. Main Entrance gate for all PATHFIT and SERVICE P.E Students will be in Gate No. 4 (Baban Road Gate). The entrance gate will be open at exactly 1:00 PM.
2. Gate No. 3 (Clinic Gate) will be open for those students who were not able to secure an Entry Ticket for the Event. Students are required to present their students ID for identification.
3. Gate No. 1 (Main Gate) is solely for Vehicle entry for Employees, Guests and VIPs.
4. Students with vehicles are instructed to park their vehicles at Campus B and will enter the campus by using the overpass.
5. Students are not allowed to bring backpacks inside the campus. However, small bags are allowed for the safekeeping of their belongings.
6. Upon entry students are required to present their event ticket, ID or any identification connected to the University.
7. Ci******es, E-Ci******es, Vapes and other smoking devices will automatically be confiscated by the Security Team.
8. Upon entry in the vicinity of the University students can NO longer get out of the campus until further notice.

The Physical Education Department in partnership with the Physical Education Association will spearhead this year's Dance Fitness Activity with the one and only Dance Diva Ms. Regine Tolentino herself, back to back with Zamboanga's Best Festival disc jockey "DJ Kenz" for the Rave Party.

This event is solely for the Service P.E and PATHFIT students of Zamboanga Peninsula Polytechnic State University. Catch them on May 28, 2023, 3PM onwards at the ZPPSU Grounds.

ITS A WRAP! | Congratulations to all BPED SOPHOMORE, DRRMO Personnels, PEA OFFICERS for completing the 3 days Basic Life support and Basic First Aid Training Conducted by the ZPSAM. held at the Zamboanga Peninsula Polytechnic State University Gymnasium.

The Physical Education Association will always be grateful to the ZPSAM Personnel, especially to Sir JanLouie Chiong Danda II, Jovy D'res Manansala, and the rest of the Team who have facilitated the training and to Sir Ronel Peromingan for making this Training possible and a success.

You need to present the following tomorrow upon entry in Gate 1
1. Students I.D or White Form
2. Ticket of the Event
Students who fail to present both will not be allowed to get inside the campus.

The Physical Education in partnership with the Physical Education Association presents this years' Arts Month Celebration Culminating Program and Rave Party to all 1st and 2nd Year Students of ZPPSU with the Premiered DJs of Zamboanga City; DJ Denz and DJ Zia Aux our party masters for the Rave Party.

Tickets are still available. Just Approach your Service P.E teachers to secure one.

ANNOUNCEMENT:
To all SERVICE P.E Students, this announcement is made for the final leg of preparation for the upcoming Arts Month Closing Program and for the Socialization Concert that will happen on February 26, 2023.
1. The Event will start at exactly 3:00 in the afternoon at the ZPPSU Field.
2. Gates will be open by 1:00 PM to ensure that all students will be given ample amount of time to get inside and socialize with their fellows.
3. Color coding of student’s attire will depend upon your Service P.E Instructor. Teachers were paired with regards to the OOTD Colors of their students.
4. NO SNACKS WILL BE SERVED DURING THE PROGRAM.
5. Students are allowed to bring their own snacks, but Alcoholic Liquors will not be allowed to be brought inside the campus.
6. The event will be in 2 parts. Part 1 is the concert of the Nawan Dance Troupe and Cantamos Chorale followed closely by the Rave Party which is the Part 2 of the Program.
7. Exit gate will not be open during the duration of the program. The gate will open by exactly 6:00PM or at the end of the whole event.
8. Usage of obscene outfits or OOTD like sleeveless, super crop top, see-through outfits will not be allowed to get inside the campus on the date of the event.
9. THE EVENT IS SOLELY FOR SERVICE P.E STUDENTS ONLY.
10. Upon gate entry, students must present their respective ticket and ID (White Form for those who can’t present their IDs) to the teachers and other personnel’s assigned in the entry gate.
11. The tickets of the event will only be available until February 24, 2023, 5:00PM.
12. Students will not be allowed to purchase the tickets by February 25 and 26, 2023
13. Consents will be collected by your respective teachers. Any student without the Guardian or Parents’ Consent will not be allowed to attend the event.
