Day 4/30

Upskilling is going to be a constant for VAs. Because today, I wanted to have a productive start to finish Module 3 of 4 of the Google Project Management Course and finally be able to help clients more.

Here is an image of a video motivation to keep things simple, breathe and come back to stay on the path when feeling overwhelmed. To have information overload is common with VAs and that is part of the learning process.

Day 3/30

Time will be a critical factor to a success of a VA. I am usually at fault with keeping up to schedules. You have two options

The Left: https://www.worldtimebuddy.com/ - uses time on a horizontal view.

The Right: https://www.timebie.com/ - shows time in a vertical view.

It could be just me but im in favor of using Timebie more as It's easy to screenshot and show the times where I can align with the client for tasks or work shifts. No matter what you choose remember that time is very important in all aspects of life.

Today's convo with a client had this question:
What ideally in your dream future, would you be doing?

I honestly don't know how that dream is right now, I just know that it's shifted to help the family and household more.

When consulting my Client who needed advise regarding their business this is that quote:

"You are so right on focusing on what I am currently doing, I feel I have worked the last week as an apprentice to learn bookkeeping so now I can do it with good experience."

Happy to be part of their journey while looking to serve more clients :)

Today's AI Prompt, because I want to learn better.

Oftentimes, we use A.I to supplement our work or even depend on them, but we have to make sure that it does not take over or spark and creativity. Instead have them be used as an assistant that bridges gaps in learning.

I've been using A.I since it started to become widespread around the early 2020's. It has helped me build a career when I had nothing to hold onto. When businesses did adapt to A.I, that's when positions opened up. A lot of remote jobs and companies had the descriptions with A.I incorporated since many do have the goal of getting ahead in their respective sectors. It does mean a lot of work was done too. It opened up doors for the tech and engineering field.

I used to do writing jobs and see how fast the right A.I prompts can easily generate a well-researched article in a short amount of time.
There was a Trad Writer vs. AI Writer craze back in 2023-2024 which affected the creative sector as an example. The amount of faceless, youtube reels you see on the internet for example may be 100% AI generated in all factors of its production.

With this image, I still am in favor of responsible A.I assistive usage to learn and upskill. If it means 1% a day on improvement that is the goal.

Today is the day, I start to write and document the writing journey.

I want to write will be a small exercise to be taken if to write once more, there was an opportunity with Storyflame.io I had a few short stories written down before that was never possible until landing a job within the creative industry aligned with the hobbies.
