Organizations that have not yet submitted their complete application are encouraged to take advantage of this extension and ensure that all required documents are properly accomplished and submitted on or before the new deadline.

The Commission on Elections (COMELEC) 2026 of the Supreme Student Government (SSG) โ€“ Iba Campus proudly announces the successful completion of the 2026 SSG Online Election.

With the active participation and overwhelming support of the student body, we are pleased to recognize the newly elected student leaders who have been entrusted with the responsibility of representing and serving the students of PRMSU โ€“ Iba Campus.

A total of 8,034 valid votes were recorded, representing 74% of the total student population of President Ramon Magsaysay State University โ€“ Iba Campus. This remarkable turnout reflects the studentsโ€™ commitment to exercising their right to vote and taking part in shaping the future of student governance.

In accordance with the official tally, the COMELEC hereby declares the following as the official results of the 2026 SSG Online Election. The elected student leaders and their corresponding positions are presented below.

The Office of Student Organizations and the COMELEC 2026 would like to inform everyone that the SSG Online Election 2026 for Iba Campus is scheduled for August 19โ€“20, 2026. If face-to-face classes are conducted on the said dates, the election shall proceed as scheduled following the usual procedures.

If classes are shifted to online modality while employees are still required to report to their offices, the election shall continue as scheduled and shall be monitored through Zoom Meeting by the COMELEC 2026 and the designated watchers to ensure transparency and fairness. The validation of votes, determination of winners, and proclamation shall likewise be conducted virtually.

However, if classes are suspended and employees are not allowed to report to their offices, the election shall be rescheduled until further notice.

We sincerely ask for everyone's understanding, cooperation, and patience. While we all look forward to the successful conduct of the election, circumstances beyond our control may require adjustments. Above all, we remain committed to ensuring a fair, transparent, and credible election that will allow the student body to choose leaders who are willing to listen, understand, serve, and uphold their responsibilities.

The Office of Student Organizations announces the cancellation of the scheduled Supreme Student Government (SSG) Election 2026 today and tomorrow at the Iba Campus due to inclement weather conditions and the suspension of classes.

However, satellite campuses may continue with the online election upon the approval of the Campus Director.

The Student Organizations Office hereby announces the revised schedule for the Supreme Student Government (SSG) Election 2026 across all PRMSU campuses. The election is rescheduled to August 17โ€“18, 2026.

In line with the revised schedule, the campaign period shall be extended until August 16, 2026, at exactly 11:59 PM. All candidates are reminded to observe the prescribed campaign period and comply with the applicable election rules and regulations.

All students are encouraged to take note of the revised schedule and actively participate in the electoral process. Further announcements and election-related guidelines shall be communicated through the official channels of the Student Organizations Office.
