📢 OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT

Starting tomorrow, October 6, 2025, all Senior High School (SHS) students are required to time-in and time-out for proper monitoring. Players and DLC members are included. Everyone must log their attendance.

📍 WHERE: Sports Complex and International Academy (IA)

🕖 MORNING TIME-IN: 7:30 AM - 8:00 AM
🕛 MORNING TIME-OUT: 11:00 AM - 12:00 NN
🕐 AFTERNOON TIME-IN: 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM
🕓 AFTERNOON TIME-OUT: 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM

Please be reminded that if you fail to time-in or time-out, you will be fined ₱15 for each missed log.

Your understanding and punctuality are highly appreciated.

The much-awaited CPIC Induction Ceremonies and Ball (SHS & College) is finally happening!

Where: Virac Sports Complex, Rawis, Virac, Catanduanes
When: October 1, 2025 | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Dress Code: Formal, Semi-formal, or Floral-inspired outfits
(Strictly NO cropped tops, ripped jeans, spaghetti straps, backless, or any overly revealing attire.)

✅ Requirements for Entry:
• CPIC ID / Certificate of Enrollment (COE)
• Photo or digital copy of ID/COE will also be accepted
• Strictly no outsiders allowed
• Gate closes at 4:00 PM sharp (latecomers will pay ₱50 penalty)

🚫 Smoking and alcoholic beverages are NOT allowed.
🚫 Non-participation will also incur a ₱50 penalty.

All Senior High School students are 𝐫𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 to pay a 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐛𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 ₱𝟏𝟓𝟎.𝟎𝟎 for the expenses of the upcoming 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐲 (covering the speaker and decorations).

𝐏𝐚𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐆𝐮𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬:

𝐀𝐦𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭: ₱150.00 (per student)
𝐃𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞: Friday
Payments must be made to each class treasurer.

This momentous event will officially mark the beginning of their leadership journey as they take on the responsibility of serving and inspiring the CPICian community. 💙💛
