Attention all CPIC students!

Are you ready to lead, inspire, and make a real difference in our campus community? The Supreme Student Council (SSC) Elections are officially approaching, and the application window for student candidacy is now open. This is your opportunity to represent the voice of your peers, lead impactful campus initiatives, and develop vital leadership skills.

📅 Key Timeline & Deadlines
Filing Period: September 4, 2026 – September 18, 2026
Room-to-Room Campaign Period: September 23-24, 2026
General Campaign: September 25, 2026
Election Day: September 26, 2026

🏛️ Available Positions
Applications are open for the following positions:
* President
* Vice President
* Secretary
* Treasurer
* Auditor
* 12 Senators

📋 Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for candidacy, applicants must meet the following criteria:
1. Must be a student of CPIC (enrolled this semester/SY)
2. Good Moral Character: No active record of disciplinary sanctions or violations of the Student Handbook.

📥 How to File Your Candidacy
1. Secure the Forms: Pick up a physical copy of COC at the Registrar's Office.
2. Submit: File your completed COC by 4:00 PM on Friday, September 18, 2026. Drop off at the Registrar's Office. Late submissions will strictly not be accepted.

SUBJECT: Schedule and Guidelines for the Release of Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES) and Tulong Dunong Program (TDP) Grant

PERIOD: 2nd Semester, A.Y. 2025–2026

WHO: Qualified TES Grantees (Batch 1 & Batch 2) & TDP Grantees (Batch 3)

📅 Schedule of Release
Date: September 4, 5, 7, and 9, 2026
Time: 8:00 AM
Venue: CPIC Main Building, Francia, Virac

Please be reminded: Don't forget to come on your assigned date and bring the required documents to avoid delays.

📄 Documentary Requirements
1. School ID: Two (2) clear photocopies of your School ID (front and back on a single page)
2. Original ID: Bring your original School ID or any government-issued ID for verification
3. Specimen Signatures: Affix three (3) original specimen signatures on the side or bottom of each photocopy using a blue ballpen.

⚠️ Important Reminders
* Strict Schedule: Please come only on your assigned date, time slot, or alphabetical bracket.

* No Representative Rule: Claiming by proxy is strictly discouraged unless authorized as an immediate family member with a valid authorization letter and required identification.

*No Complete Requirements, No Release: Incomplete documents or mismatched signatures will not be processed.
