The learners of Florentino Camaquin Integrated School receiving services at the Inclusive Learning Resource Center (ILRC), particularly our Vintarinian learners, proudly participated in the Municipal Celebration of the 48th National Disability Rights Week yesterday organized by the Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office and the Persons with Disabilities Affairs Office.

During the activity, eligible learners received their mid-year Social Pension amounting to ₱3,000, while some beneficiaries were also provided with assistive devices to support their daily living and promote greater independence.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the Local Government Unit of Vintar, headed by Mayor Richard A. Degala and Vice Mayor Dr. Maribel A. Albano, for your unwavering commitment to promoting the welfare, dignity, and inclusion of persons with disabilities. Your continued support makes a meaningful difference in the lives of our learners and their families.

Last Friday, during the kickoff celebration of the 48th National Disability Rights Week, our mga Kabarangay ILRC joyfully showcased their creativity by decorating their own cupcakes.

This fun and meaningful activity encouraged self-expression, creativity, and social interaction while creating wonderful memories for our learners.

Last week, our learners, parents, and staff enjoyed an energetic and joyful Zumba Fun Activity at the Barangay Inclusive Learning Resource Center (ILRC).

The activity was led by Zin Nenuca together with the amazing Zumba Vintarenia, bringing fun, fitness, and smiles to everyone while promoting physical wellness, social interaction, and an active lifestyle in an inclusive environment.

The other week, our learners at the Barangay Inclusive Learning Resource Center (ILRC) participated in a fun and engaging Collage Making Activity, where they expressed their creativity by turning simple materials into beautiful works of art.

Beyond creating colorful collages, the activity helped enhance their fine motor skills, imagination, focus, and self-confidence while encouraging collaboration and self-expression in an inclusive learning environment.

This enjoyable hands-on activity helps develop hand-eye coordination, strengthen and refine fine motor skills, and enhance focus and creativity. Last Friday was a day filled with colors, smiles, and joyful learning for our learners! Through fun and engaging activities, they explored their creativity while strengthening their fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, and social interaction. Every stroke of color, every cut, and every shared laugh reflected their enthusiasm and unique talents.

It was truly heartwarming to see each learner participate with confidence and excitement, making the day both meaningful and memorable. Thank you to our dedicated teachers, supportive parents, and caregivers for helping make this colorful learning experience a success.
