The Provincial Government of Abra announces that classes from Kinder to Senior High School in all public and private schools remain SUSPENDED tomorrow, 𝗔𝗨𝗚𝗨𝗦𝗧 𝟭𝟴,𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 [TUESDAY].

𝗖𝗟𝗔𝗦𝗦 𝗦𝗨𝗦𝗣𝗘𝗡𝗦𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗔𝗡𝗡𝗢𝗨𝗡𝗖𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧

Due to the effects of the Southwest Monsoon (Hbagat) bringing heavy rains and possible flooding ,the Provincial Government of Abra has ordered the suspension of face-to-face classes from Kindergarten to Senior High School on 𝗔𝗨𝗚𝗨𝗦𝗧 𝟭𝟳, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 (Monday).

This is to ensure the safety and welfare of our learners, teachers, and school personnel.

Everyone is advised to stay indoors, monitor weather updates, and stay safe.

In accordance with the announcement of the Provincial Government of Abra, classes tomorrow, 10 August 2026, are cancelled.

This suspension is effective due to inclement weather conditions brought by the enhanced Southwest Monsoon (Habagat).

Due to continuous heavy rains brought by Tropical Depression Maymay and southwest monsoon, classes on Thursday, August 6, 2026, are still suspended at all levels.

We encourage all learners to stay indoors whenever possible and continue taking the necessary precautions to ensure everyone's safety.

𝗪𝗔𝗟𝗔𝗡𝗚 𝗣𝗔𝗦𝗢𝗞 | 𝗔𝗨𝗚𝗨𝗦𝗧 𝟱, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 (𝗠𝗜𝗬𝗘𝗥𝗞𝗨𝗟𝗘𝗦)

Due to Tropical Cyclone Wind Signals No. 1 and No. 2 currently raised over the Province of Abra because of Tropical Storm , classes in Kindergarten to Grade 10 in all public and private schools throughout the Province of Abra are automatically suspended today, August 5, 2026, pursuant to existing DepEd guidelines on class suspensions during tropical cyclones.

To all learners, please prioritize your safety during this period of inclement weather. Stay indoors whenever possible, avoid hazardous areas, and continue to monitor official announcements from the local government and our school.

JOINT CELEBRATION 2026: WORDS, WELLNESS, AND WISDOM!

On July 31, 2026, LGU Villaviciosa celebrated not just one, but three meaningful advocacies in one day — Literature Month, Filipino Food Month, and Nutrition Month 2026.

It was a day where culture spoke, art painted, and nutrition nourished.

Through literature, we remembered that our stories and poems carry the soul of our people.
Through Filipino food, we honored the flavors that connect us to our heritage.
Through nutrition, we reaffirmed that a healthy body is the foundation of a bright future.

And in the middle of it all, our learners shined.

We are so proud to announce that Tamac IS emerged as 𝗖𝗛𝗔𝗠𝗣𝗜𝗢𝗡 in:

Javan moved us with words that spoke truth and pride.
Tristan inspired us with art and stories that painted our culture and values.

This rainy season, every step to school is a challenge.
Mud, puddles, and sudden downpours make it hard for our learners to come to class safe and dry.
And in a time when many families are struggling, having a complete and decent uniform is more than just about appearance — it’s about dignity, equality, and the confidence to learn.

That’s why the donation we received today means so much.

To our learners from Kinder to Grade 7, an umbrella means protection. It means you won’t have to miss class just because of the rain.
A uniform means pride. It means you can walk into school feeling equal, neat, and ready to learn — no matter your background.

All of this was made possible through the initiative of SK Tamac, using their own SK funds to purchase and distribute these umbrellas and uniforms.

SK Tamac, thank you for seeing the need.

Thank you for choosing to invest your funds in our children’s safety, comfort, and education.

They arrive early and leave late.
No cameras.
No announcements.
No need for applause.

Teaching is already a heavy work. But our teachers choose to carry more. They carry hammers, saw, paintbrushes, brooms, and tools. They work silently, with hands that teach during the day and build after class.

They do not broadcast every act of service. They do not need to.
Because real dedication does not shout.
It works.

At Tamac Integrated School, we are proud of teachers who prove that service is not about being seen. It is about showing up, doing the work, and doing it well — with or without an audience.

Lipstick and makeup make them presentable.
But it is their quiet work, their effort, and their "malasakit" that truly define them as teachers.
