Through every game, race, and challenge, our learners showed that true victory is not only measured by medals but also by the friendships formed, lessons learned, and respect shared with fellow athletes.

The activity also served as a platform to identify and select the best-performing student-athletes who will represent the school in higher-level meets. May they carry with them the discipline, confidence, and sportsmanship they demonstrated in this competition.

NUTRITION MONTH 2026 | Nutrisyon at Kalikasan, Ating Pangalagaan! 💚

Last July, Lamingao National High School proudly celebrated Nutrition Month 2026 anchored on the theme, “Nutrisyon at Kalikasan, Ating Pangalagaan.” The month-long celebration was filled with meaningful and engaging activities that highlighted the importance of proper nutrition, healthy living, and environmental care.

Our students and teachers actively participated in a series of activities, including the Quiz Bee, Zumba, Slogan Writing Contest, Poster Making Contest, Cooking Demonstration, and Feeding Program. Each activity provided an opportunity to learn, create, move, share, and most importantly, appreciate the vital role of good nutrition in maintaining a healthy and productive school community.

More than just a celebration, Nutrition Month 2026 reminded us that caring for our health also means caring for the environment that sustains us. 🌱💚

Indeed, when we choose nutritious food, embrace healthy habits, and protect our environment, we nourish not only ourselves but also the future of our community.

Villareal MPS Strengthens School Safety Through Police Visibility and School Dialogue

LAMINGAO, Villareal, Samar — As part of its continuing commitment to ensuring the safety and security of learners, the Villareal Municipal Police Station (MPS), led by PCPT Petronio F. Piangco III, conducted a Police Visibility and School Dialogue Program at Lamingao National High School.

The activity aimed to strengthen the partnership between the police and the school community by promoting a safe, secure, and peaceful learning environment. During the visit, police personnel engaged with students, providing words of encouragement while emphasizing the importance of safety, discipline, and community cooperation.

Amid the unfortunate incidents experienced by some schools, Lamingao National High School was honored by the visit of District Supervisor, Dr. Maricel O. Bardelas.
