In celebration of Library Information Services (LIS) Month, National Book Week, and National Reading Month, Igot National High School successfully concluded its various activities this November. Led by the theme, “Pagbasa: Sandigan ng Bayan, Lakas ng Kinabukasan,” the school organized various activities to promote the value and culture of reading among young learners. These activities included the House of Imagery Contest, Bookmark-Making Contest, Book Character Parade, Online Library Trivia Challenge, and a Storytelling Session with special Guest Reading Ambassador, Mr. Marcos John Abinguna. The successful culminating activity truly exemplified the significance of reading as a foundation for a brighter future, with the support and collaboration of everyone.
We express our deepest gratitude to the faculty members and non-teaching staff of Igot NHS, spearheaded by the ever-supportive school head, Ma’am Daisy Delgado. We also extend our warmest appreciation to the SSLG officers and the entire student community for their active participation throughout this month-long celebration. Congratulations to everyone! You are indeed reading and literacy champions! 💪 📖

Hey, Igot NHS students! Guess what? We’re having our first trivia challenge today! Get ready to win some awesome prizes by following these simple rules.

1.The contest is open to all currently enrolled students of Igot National High School and followers of the official page, Igot National High School Library.
2.Every day, a trivia question will be posted on our page.
3.To join, simply comment your answer on the trivia post of the day, which will be posted at 8 AM.
4.The deadline for submitting answers is at 5:00 PM.
5.All correct answers for the day will be included in a raffle draw.
6.Three (3) winners will be announced the following day.
7. Winners may claim their prizes during Araw ng Pagbasa on November 28, 2025.
