📢 ONE-STOP-SHOP ADMISSION AND ENROLLMENT PROCESS
First Semester, Academic Year 2026–2027

Complete your admission and enrollment requirements in one convenient venue during your assigned schedule.

📍 Venue: Conference Room (Admin Building)
🕣 Time: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

📌 Please be guided by the following:

✅ Applicants who have NOT yet submitted their admission documents or those with INCOMPLETE requirements are advised to:

Prepare all the required and/or lacking admission documents.
Place all documents in a long brown envelope.
Personally submit their requirements on their assigned enrollment date.

✅ Applicants who have already submitted COMPLETE admission requirements during the pre-registration period do NOT need to prepare or resubmit the same documents. Simply proceed with the enrollment process as instructed during your scheduled date.

⚠️ Only pre-registered qualifiers with COMPLETE documentary requirements will be accommodated. Applicants with incomplete requirements are encouraged to complete their submissions before or on their scheduled enrollment date to avoid delays in processing.

Enrollment is fast approaching! As part of the enrollment process, all incoming students are encouraged to prepare the necessary fees in advance.

Please be guided that you are expected to bring ₱50.00 for the membership fee.

This is in accordance with the 𝙐𝙣𝙞𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝙎𝙪𝙥𝙧𝙚𝙢𝙚 𝙎𝙩𝙪𝙙𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝘾𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙘𝙞𝙡 𝘾𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙩𝙪𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝘽𝙮-𝙡𝙖𝙬𝙨 𝘼𝙧𝙩𝙞𝙘𝙡𝙚 𝙑, 𝙈𝙚𝙢𝙗𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙝𝙞𝙥 𝙎𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨 𝙄, 𝙄𝙄, & 𝙄𝙑.

𝙎𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 1. All bonafide VSU-Villaba undergraduate students shall become members of the USSC-Villaba upon enrollment within the regular semester.

𝙎𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 II. All members shall be bound by Constitution and By-laws and subject to its rules and regulations.

𝙎𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 IV. Each student shall pay a minimum of PhP50.00 per semester to the USSC-Villaba General Fund and 10% shall be allotted to the VSU-SSCF funds.

To settle the said fees, kindly look for the USSC Officers at the Administration Building on Wednesday-Friday, July 01-03 2026.

Here is the breakdown of the Membership Fee Allocation as per 𝘽𝙊𝙍 𝙉𝙤. 13 𝙨. 2016:

P10.00 - Student‘s Emergency and Medical Assistance
P15.00 - Organizational Assistance
P20.00 - Council Expenditures
P5.00 - Accumulated in the 2nd semester for the Council‘s Project of the year.

Please prepare the exact amount if possible to help make the payment process smoother and faster.
