On May 12, 2026, the Central Philippines State University - Victorias Campus Reserve Officers' Training Corps Unit participated in the 12th commencement exercises in honor of the graduating students who successfully completed their academic journey. The event served as a celebration of their hard work, sacrifices, perseverance, and dedication throughout the years of study. It was a memorable occasion that recognized the achievements of the graduates as they prepared to enter a new chapter of their lives.

โDuring the ceremony, the ROTC officers rendered the traditional Draw Sword Ceremony as a symbol of honor, respect, and recognition for the graduating students. The ceremonial highlights the importance of the occasion and paid tribute to the accomplishment of the graduates. The Color also rendered proper honors through the presentation of colors, adding dignity and solemnity to the event.

โThe graduating students were recognized for their determination and commitment in overcoming challenges and fulfilling the requirements of their chosen program. The ceremony became a meaningful moment not only for the graduates but also for their families, friends, instructors, faculties, and the entire academic community who witness their success and achievements.

โThe participation of the CPSU - Victorias campus ROTC - UNIT added formality and honor to the graduation ceremony, making the celebration more memorable and significant for the graduating class. The event concluded successfully with the graduates proudly celebrating the fruits of their hardwork and looking forward to greater opportunities and responsibilities in the future.
